Item AGREGASI PEMETAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN (PPMP) DI PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU(2014-01-28) Auzar; Zulkarnain; Yustina; Suarman; Azhar, FadlyPenelitian Pemetaan dan Pengembangan Mutu Pendidikan (PPMP) Provinsi Kepulauan Riau bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi ketuntasan dan ketidaktuntasan Standar Kompetensi (SK) dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) siswa SMA di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dalam menyelesaikan soal Ujian Nasional berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) Tahun Pelajaran 2008/2009-2009/2010, (2) mengungkap peta kendala pendidikan dan faktor penyebabnya, dan (3) merumuskan model alternatif pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik terutama pada mata pelajaran UN di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Prosedur dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey of Enacted Curriculum (SEC) serta analisis yang digunakan yakni deskriptif-eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran yang di-UN-kan yang paling banyak mendapat KD bermasalah kelompok IPA di tingkat rayon mencapai 70% dalam mata pelajaran Fisika di Kabupaten Anambas dan yang paling sedikit KD bermasalahnya hanya 12% dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Kota Tanjungpinang. KD bermasalah yang paling tinggi dalam kelompok IPS mencapai 46% dalam mata pelajaran Geografi di Tanjungpinang dan yang paling rendah mendapat KD bermasalah hanya 15% dalam mata pelajaran Matematika di Kota Batam. Selain itu, kabupaten yang banyak mendapat KD bermasalah adalah Anambas dan yang paling sedikit mendapat KD bermasalah adalah Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini juga menemukan guru-guru di Kabupaten Anambas yang mengajar mata pelajaran yang bukan menjadi bidang keahliannya. Penelitian juga menemukan faktor-faktor penyebab KD bermasalah dan alternatif pemecahannyaItem ANALISA PENGARUH KADAR AIR TERHADAP FLUORESENSI KLOROFIL DAUN BAYAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENCITRAAN FLUORESENSI (FLUORESCENCE IMAGING)(2016-02-01) Ekayani, Fernika; Minarni; ZulkarnainFluorescence imaging is a method used to detect the early effects of environmental conditions on plants before the greater damage on plants happen. A fluorescence imaging optical system was built in this research consisted of two LEDs with different wavelength i.e. 450 nm and 680 nm, 3 MP CMOS camera and lens, and ND filters (neutral density filter). The intensities of LED light were varied using three different ND filters which were represented by their optical power. The samples were Amaranthus tricolor L. Spinach varitas. The plants were five different water volume i.e. 75 ml, 100 ml, 125 ml, 150 ml,and 175 ml. The differences between chlorophyll fluorescence intensity of the spinach leaves for all treatments were investigated. The images of leaves after illuminated by the LED lights were recorded by the CMOS camera. The fluorescenced intensities were found from RGB plot using ImageJ software. The research results show that the maximum fluorescence intensity spinach which grow with water volume 75 ml and the minimum fluorescence intensity spinach which grow with water volume 125 ml used LED with wavelength 450 nm and 680 nm. The difference of fluorescence intensity spinach which grow with water volume 75 ml and 125 ml used LED at wavelength 680 nm was seen higher when LED intensity was the lowest which was about 45,32 % difference.Item ANALISA TINGKAT KEMASAKAN (RIPENESS) BUAH SAWO MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENCITRAAN FLUORESENSI(2016-02-01) Guciano, Ruli; Minarni; ZulkarnainFluorescence imaging and fluoresence spectrocopy are methods that can be used to detect the Ripeness level of sapodilla fruit (sawo fruit) based on the maximum fluorescence intensity. The development of efficient and economical fluorescence imaging system is needed to analyze the post-harvest ripeness of sapodilla. In this research, fluorescence imaging system was built using LED 680 nm as the laser source and CMOS 3 MP camera as a detector. LED was used to induce fluorescence on the sapodilla fruits. The samples used were Sapodilla Manila (Manilkara zapota (L.) van Royen) with two measurement variations. The first measurement was done on sapodilla with 3 levels of ripeness, those were ripe, half ripe, and unripe. The second measurement was done on the half ripe fruit for 6 day period. The image of fruit that was illuminated by LED light was recorded using the CMOS camera. Fluorescence intensity was presented in RGB plot using Image-j software. The relation between fruit ripeness level and the maximum fluorescence intensity was analyzed. The results of research on the first methods showed that the average fluorescence intensity of ripe sapodilla was higher than those with half ripe and unripe sapodilla fruits. The maximum fluorescence intensity indicated a different level of ripeness. The difference of fluorescence intensity between ripe and half ripe sapodilla is 7,8%, the difference of fluorescence intensity between ripe and unripe sapodilla is 35,9 %, and half ripe sapodilla had a difference of 30,9% with the unripe sapodilla. The results of the second method showed that at the fourth day, sapodilla was already in the process of rotting. On the second day to the fourth day, the fluoresecence intensity has increased. The fifth day and the sixth day, the fluorescence intensity has decreased linearly.Item ANALISIS KINERJA TENAGA MEDIS TERHADAP PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI PUSKESMAS RUMBIO JAYA KABUPATEN KAMPAR(2016-07-15) Achnes, Sofia; Harto, Syafri; ZulkarnainThis studi was aimed to investigate the performance of medical personel at public health center (Puskesmas) in serving the customer who has following family planning program (KB). Family planning program is intended to help couples or individual family planning in achieving the goal of reproduction in a responsible manner in order to build a small happy prosperous family. The sample in this study were all employees of the Public Health Center (Puskesmas) Rumbio Jaya and people who used this health service facility for about 77 respondent. The data was taken by using questionnaire, interview guide, and observation. The result findings showed that the effectiveness of public services in health centers of Rumbio Jaya Kampar as presented as good in criteria. The most influencing cases in the implementation of the family planning program in the Rumbio District are communication and resources, while the terms of the disposition / attitude of the implementers and bureaucratic structures was categorized as not run well. Besides, there were other factors that affect the implementation of family planning programs, such as the lack of traditional leaders’ and religious leaders’ participation and support in the Rumbio DistrictItem ANALISIS SENG(Zn), KROM (Cr) DAN KOBAL (Co) PADA SEDIMEN KOLAM INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH (IPAL) TPA MUARA FAJAR PEKANBARU(2013-07-20) Zulkarnain; Bali, S.; Hanifah, T. A.The advantages of sediment that formed by leachate water precipitation n waste reservoir ponds could be determined through analysis of metal content which ere obtained from decomposition process of garbage piles. The sediment samples were, collected from TPA Muara Fajar Rumbai-Pekanbaru, from four ponds and eight sampling points were then choosen from each pond. All samples were destructed by adding nitric acid (HNO3 1:1) and chloride acid (HCl 1:1), to analyze the content of heavy metals, and then measured by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer for Cr content, atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for Co and Zn content. Our results showed that four samples contained Cr and Zn with different concentrations while Co was not detected. Zn content of sediment samples were ranged between 0.5899 to 0.6625 mg/g while Cr content was ranged between 0.1363 to 0.4029 mg/g. The first objective was to know the characteristics of fish farmer and facilities to aquaculture production. The second was to understand the perception fish farmer on the field facilitator. Correlation between characteristics and perception of fish farmer was also analyzed. Field survey was applied and 95 respondents was interview in the field. The result showed that, the fish farmer characteristics was varied in the area under study; in term of age, education and income, number of family members, pond size, working time and experiences. The majority of fish farmer age in adult categories, education is moderate, and high in income. The next, pond size is big in size (higher than 1000 m2), the family members can categories is middle categories, working time is moderate the categories in 4 until 7 hour in a day, and experience is high more than 10 years. The RWSD was carbonized using N2 gas at a temperature of 600 °C for ± 8 hours to produce pellets with high carbon content. Carbon activation process was done by a combination of physical and chemical activation. Physical activation using CO2 gas was performed at temperature of 900 °C for 2 hours while the chemical activation was low temperature of 80 °C for 2 hours in a solution of KOH. Results of density measurements indicated that the value of the carbon electrode density increased with increasing mass of KOH. The measurement of specific capacitance showed that the specific capacitance of the electrode increased with increasing mass ratio of KOH and reached the higest value at the mass ratio of 1:5, this is due to the activation of KOH caused the particle size become smaller and porous, The best sampel in fil reserch was 1:5 sampel being pesifik capacitance an high of 72,82 F/gItem EFEK VARIASI RASIO MASSA ZnCl2 TERHADAP DENSITAS DAN KAPASITANSI SPESIFIK SUPERKAPASITOR BERBASIS KARBON AKTIF DARI SERBUK GERGAJI KAYU KARET(2016-05-19) Mukhlis; Taer, Erman; ZulkarnainThe effects of variation ZnCl2 mass ratio to the density and specific capacitance of supercapacitor based activated carbon from Rubber Wood Saw Dust (RWSD) using physical and chemical activations has been studied. Physical activation was done by using CO2 gas at a temperature of 900 °C for 2 hours. Chemical activation using an activator substance of ZnCl2 solution way carried out. Mass ratio of carbon and ZnCl2 was 1:1, 1:3, 1:5 and 1:7 namely M1, M2, M3 and M4. The pre-carbonization of carbon RWSD ion carried out for 2 hours at a temperature of 250 °C, the sample was then ball milled for 20 hours, sieved with a grain size of 100 μm and then was activated by chemical activation. Results show that the density measurement electrode density values in M2, M3, and M4 increased by increasing the ratio of ZnCl2 solution, while the M1 is larger than M2 caused when carbonization is not perfect so that oxygen is not wasted bonded to the carbon causes an increase in the mass and density of the electrode. Specific capacitance values was calculated using cyclic voltammetry experiencing overload and the resulted the value of specific capacitance on high an 53.58 Fg-1 (M1), 65.69 Fg-1 (M2), 60.02 Fg-1 (M3), and 55.08 Fg-1 (M4).Item FABRIKASI DAN KARAKTERISASI Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROSKOPI IMPEDANSI(2016-02-01) Fahrian, Fiki; Dewi, Rahmi; ZulkarnainThis paper investigates a thin film Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) with compositions of Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3 by using sol-gel method and it has been annealed at a temperature of 600oC and 650oC in order to get a crystalline structure of BST. BST thin film of the compositions was characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FESEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. The FESEM showed the thickness of the sample at temperature of 600oC and 650oC were 178.8 nm and 185 nm, respectively. The results of impedance spectroscopy measure were a real impedance (Z’) and imaginer impedance (Z”). The impedance spectroscopy analysis resulted real impedance and imaginer impedance that showed the area between the interface of sample. The greater frequency, the smaller complex capacitance and dielectric constant and vice versa. The greater annealing temperature, the greater complex capacitance and the dielectric constant. Researchers looked at the ability of teachers to motivate students and structuring mathematics learning that begins with giving a story. Rule of the research is to study tfie actions performed three cycles_ Action research conducted collaboratively with researchers and a math teacher. Research subjects consisted of 21 fifth grade students (aged 10-11 years). The rule of data collection is done through observation. The results showed that the ability of teachers to run the learning of mathematics that begins with a story about giving unsatisfactory and many have problems at the beginning of the action. However, increasing the ability of teachers and steady at the end of the action. This is evident from the teachers' ability to use mathematics learning that begins with a story about the administration of the first cycle at an average of 22.21 which was ranked less, up to an average of 26.36 on the second cycle that ranks well, and rose again to rate average 32.63 in the third cycle which is ranked very well over the limitItem METODE ITERASI KSOR UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR(2016-02-04) Syafriani, Adek Putri; Syamsudhuha; ZulkarnainThis article discusses the iterative method for solving a system of linear equations using KSOR method, which is the modification of Successive over Relaxation (SOR) method. The main difference between KSOR method and SOR method is lying on the value of relaxation parameter allowed. Furthermore, using two systems of linear equations with different sizes, the comparisons between the KSOR method, Gauss- Seidel method and Successive over-Relaxation (SOR) method are carried out. The process begins by expanding the terms on mixed Volterra-Fredholm integral equation using Taylor polynomials that led to a system of linear equations. Approximated solution of mixed Volterra-Fredholm integral equation is obtained by solving this system analytically. This article presents the work of Nadjafi and Heidari [Appl. Math. Comput., 189 (2007), 980-985]. The numerical simulation shows that the repeated modified trapezoid method is better than the trapezoid method.
