Item Deteksi Kehadiran Mikrobaindikator Didalam Jus Mangga (Mangifera Indica,L) Segar Di Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru(2015-07-05) YulianaPeningkatan jumlah penduduk di kota-kota besar selalu disertai dengan berkembangnya aneka ragam jenis usaha yang di buat oleh masyarakat setempat. Jenis usaha yang dibuka berupa warung/kedai kecil yang menjual beraneka ragam makanan dan minuman. Sedangkan untuk minuman yang banyak dijual berupa aneka jus buah segar. Salah satunya yaitu jus mangga segar yang diproses secara sederfiana yaitu diperoleh dari proses pelumatan buah masak dengan menggunakan blender. Masyarakat mengkonsumsi tersebut selain untuk menghilangkan rasa dahaga, tentunya juga dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi penjual maupun bagi pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi kehadiran mikroba indikator yaitu E. coli dan coliform yang terdapat didalam jus mangga segar di Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru dan ingin mengetahui praktek personal higinie dan sanitasi para penjual jus serta dapat membantu masyarakat luas untuk mendapatkan jus mangga segar yang higienis terl)ebas dari mikroba-mikroba patogen penyebab penyakit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan metoda survey terhadap satu populasi pengolah yang sekaligus adalah penjual jus mangga segar yang berada di Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. Satu sampel berukuran n=5 akan ditarik secara acak dari populasi tersebut. Berarti terdapat 5 pengolah/ penjual jus tomat segar yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sementara menunjukkan bahwa yang mencirikan wama koloni bakteri E. coli yaitu berwama biru tua hingga violet, tidak didapatkan hasil satupun hal ini diduga karena jus mangga tersebut tidak tercemar oleh kotorein atau feses manusia dan hewan sebagai habitat utama bakteri E. coli karena berdasarkan observasi di lapangan bahwa air yang digunakan dalam pembuatan jus mangga semuanya memakai air mineral dari depot air minum yang tentunya kualitasnya terjamin.Item Pengaruh Model Problem Based Instruction Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 01 Tanah Merah(2013-07-02) YulianaLearning which is dominated by discourse method cause active role and student’s studying motivation in learning are very low and the effect on student learning outcomes. This research aims to know : (1) The differences of physics learning achievement among students that follow Problem Based Intruction (PBI’s model) with students that follow conventional learning. (2) The differences of physics learning achievement among students that have high physics learning motivation with students that have low physics learning motivation. (3) Interaction between learning model and physics learning motivation towards physics learning achievement. Research population is 96 students of class XI science of senior high school 01 Tanah Merah. There are 64 students are chosen as research sample those are divided becomes two PBI and conventional class. Research form that is used in this research is an instrument method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Data collection instrument is a test of learning cognitive achievement and questionnaire motivates to learn physics. The results of analysis points out that: (1) There was a different of physics learning achievement of students that follow PBI model with students that follow conventional learning with F = 5.918 and significant’s number 0.018 (sig <0.05). (2) there was a different physics learning achievement of students that have high physics learning motivation with students that have low physics learning motivation with F = 19.472 and significant’s number 0.000 (sig <0.05). (3) There was no interaction between learning model and learning motivation towards physics learning achievement with F = 0.127 and significant’s number 0.723 (sig> 0.05), 95% confidence levelItem Using Task - Based Learning To Improve The Ability Of The Second Year Students Of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang In Reading Narrative Texts(2013-07-17) YulianaThis classroom action research aimed to describe and to investigate whether Task-Based Learning can increase the ability of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang in reading ability. The participants were 31 students of the second year students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. The data collection technique consisted of observation, field note and tests. The research findings can be briefly explained as follows. First, the students reading ability could be improved by using Task-Based Learning method. Before the research was done, the average score of the students reading ability was only 50.4. After the research one for cycle I, it improved to 61.1. Cycle 2, it increased up to 77.2. Second, the students’ interest and motivation also increased. These can be seen from the increasing of students’ awareness in comprehending the texts. Task-Based Learning method can improve students’ reading ability. Third, in teaching learning process, students can work together, discuss, share information, get mutual understanding, as well as give mutual support to get the objectives. Forth, the teacher was able to apply Task-Based Learning method to make the teaching process effective. learning and it also helped students improve their reading ability and more active in learning process.
