Item Analisa Investasi Penyediaan Air Minum Dengan Skema Public Private Partnership Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir(2018-03-15) Surya, Roberta ZulfhiConstruction of water supply system has been implemented Indragiri Hilir District need of founds as much as Rp. 750 billion. The cost is only partially physical labor can build transmission and distribution networks in 12 service zone. Therefore, the government plans to continue the development project. In the government's development plan includes an investor to reduce sourced financing from the state budget. In this study, the system will analyze the cooperation undertaken by making 2 schemes and each of these schemes will be analyzed in the economy that is based on net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and benefit cost ratio (BCR). The first scheme is Private sector will be invest 100% and the secound scheme private and government share as much as 50:50. Riau Provincial Regulation (PERDA) No. 6 of 2012 on Control of Corporate Social Responsibility in the province of Riau emphasizes nine areas of CSR activities, among others: education, health, environmental protection, infrastructure, economy and empowerment of indigenous peoples. This study focuses inventory of CSR activities in the field of environmental conservation. From this research, the models of CSR in the field of environmental conservation include tree planting, greening the city, litter control, forest fire prevention, conservation of fauna and world environment day. Marwita Sari; Surya, Roberta ZulfhiKabupaten Indragiri Hilir memiliki luas kebun sagu 17.890 Ha, atau 3.05 % dari keseluruhan luas areal perkebunan di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sebaran kebun sagu meliputi Kecamatan gaung anak serka, gaung, mandah dan Plangeran. Produksi sagu di Indragiri Hilir sebanyak 7032 ton pertahun. Sagu-sagu di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dijual dalam bentuk sagu basah dan sagu kering. Perusahaan pengolah sagu di Indragiri Hilir umumnya berada di sepanjang sungai sehingga limbah-limbahnya sebagian besar belum dikelola dan dibuang ke Sungai. Pada penelitian ini limbah sagu dijadikan bahan campuran pembuatan dodol sehingga limbah sagu dapat bermanfaat. Untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi pada dodol tersebut dilakukan uji protein, lemak, pati, serat kasar, selulosa, hemiselulosa dan lignin serta uji Organoleptik ampas sagu yang meliputi uji rasa, tekstur dan aroma. Ampas sagu dapat diolah menjadi makanan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kandungan nutrisi yang terdapat pada ampas sagu tanpa fermentasi maupun dengan fermentasi. Secara organoleptik (tingkat kesukaan) dodol yang diolah dari ampas sagu dengan fermentasi ataupun tanpa fermentasi disukai panelis dari nilai rasa, tekstur dan aroma.
