Therefore, it is necessary to describe the evidence of other water monitor lizards as carnivores. Observation of water monitor lizard digestive anatomy (tooth type, presence of caecum and ratio length of intestines to Snout Venth Length), and position of endoparasites in the digestive organs of water monitor lizards. The purpose of this observation was to prove water monitor lizards as carnivores. Water monitor lizards have pleurodont type canines that stick to the side of the jaw. In the water monitor lizard intestine, no caecum is found. Ratio length intestinus to SVL is less than 1. Endoparasites, in the form of nematode and cestoda worms, are found only in the stomach of water monitor lizards. Based on this observation water monitor lizards are classified as carnivoresItem Aspek Reproduksi Ikan Gabus Cina (Channa Lucius C.V) Di Tasik Bungsu, Perairan Sungai Bukit Batu, Riau(2018-08-21) Setyawatiningsih, Sri Catur; Yusfiati, YusfiatiSungai Bukit Batu terdapat dalam Cagar Biosfer Giam Siak Kecil-Bukit Batu (GSK–BB).
