    Abstract Readers Opinion Daily Tribune Pekanbaru Riau Governor H. The results of this study image Riau Governor H. M Rusli Zainal formed a positive image for the community dim view of Rusli Zainal after this news, because his status is still as witnesses, as well as the negative image that is formed because people are disillusioned with the case with the project PON XVIII in Riau Province
