Item BENTUK PELAYANAN YANG DITERIMA DAN PERSEPSI IBU HAMIL TERHADAP PELAYANAN ANTENATAL DI PUSKESMAS SIDOMULYO DAN PUSKESMAS SIDOMULYO RAWAT INAP PEKANBARU(2013-07-12) Nurhayati; Lestari, Widia; Sabrian, FebrianaThe purpose of this research is to find out the type of service received and perceptions of expectant to antenatal care. This research uses a simple descriptive. This sampling technique explored purposive sample with 73 expectant who came to the Community Health Center. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo and Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Community Health Center Pekanbaru. The data was collected by questionnaire that had been tested the validity and reliability. Analysis of this research used univariate and frequency distribution. The result of this research showed that from 73 respondents surveyed, 38 respondents (52.1%) said the service received good, and the rest 35 respondents (47.9%) said that the type of services received deficient, and then 44 respondents (60 , 3%) had a positive perception of antenatal care at Community Health Center , and the rest 29 respondents (39.7%) had a negative perception of antenatal care in Community Health Center. Based on this result, the researcher suggested to the health workers to improve the services provided, especially antenatal care are still relatively less and maintain a positive public perception of the health services at the Comunity Health Center.Item Efektifitas Minyak Zaitun Terhadap Pressure ulcers pada Pasien dengan Tirah Baring Lama(2013-07-05) Yolanda, Oktari; Utomo, Wasisto; Sabrian, FebrianaThe aim ofthis research is toidentify the effectiveness of Olea europea for preventing pressure ulcer in bedridden patient.The design used was Quasy Experimental with Pre and Post Test Only Non Equivalent Control Group approach that divided into experiment and control group. This study was performed to bedridden patient who cared in the room Cendrawasih II and Merak II. The sample size is 30 people that divided into 15 people in the experiment group and 15 people in the control group with taking sample technique by Purposive Sampling with consider the inclusion criteria. The measurement tool used was the Pressure Ulcer Data Collecting Form observation sheet with modification. All sample in the experiment group was topically lubricated by 20 ml Olea europea Oil once a day for 7 days. Data analysis used were univariate and bivariate with Mann-Whitney and Wilxocon test. The study result showed that there were the difference of pressure ulcer mean between experiment and control group with p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) that means Olea europea Oil is effective to prevent pressure ulcer in bedridden patient. The researcher suggest that Olea europea Oil can be applied to prevent pressure ulcer in bedridden patient in hospital and community.Item The Effectiveness Of Emotional Freedom Technique (Eft) Therapy To Anxiety Of Breast Cancer Patients Stage Ii And Iii(2016-01-13) Ningsih, Santi Fitria; Karim, Darwin; Sabrian, FebrianaThe aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy to anxiety of breast cancer spatients stage II and III. This study used "Quasy experiment" design with "Non-equivalent control group”. The study was conducted in Anyelir room and Cendrawasih room in Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. Purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria was used to recruit 30 respondents. The instrument in this study used in both groups was a questionnaire that has beentested for validityandrealibility. The data were analyzed using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results in experimental group showed p value (0.005) <α (0.05) which means that EFT was effective to decrease anxiety in breast cancer patient. Based on this result, it is recommended that health provider especially nurses to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy as one of non pharmacological therapy to decrease anxiety.Item Health Maintenance Behavior And The Incidence Of Illnesses In Families Living In Rural And Urban Areas Of Pekanbaru(2016-01-09) Sabrian, Febriana; Dewi, Ari PristianaHealth maintenance behavior in the family will contribute to public health because the family is a part or subsystem of society. One factor that influences the health maintenance behavior is environmental factor whereas the characteristics of different residential areas will give an impact on the health behavior of the family. This study aims to identify the health maintenance behavior and incidence of illnesses in families living in urban and rural areas of Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive design involving 600 families, 300 families residing in the urban area and 300 families residing in rural areas of Pekanbaru. Samples were taken using quota sampling technique. Researchers collected data bay using questionnaires. The results shows he health maintenance behavior are mostly performed by the family residing in rural areas compared to urban Pekanbaru, except in the habit of doing physical activity with percentages of urban and rural are 58.7% and 28.4%. Comparison of the percentage of families who do not smoke at home in the rural and urban areas is 72.1% and 42.7%. Comparison of the percentage of families in rural and urban areas for children immunization, nutritious foods consumption and regular health examination are 64% and 59%; 92.8% and 65%; 85.8% and 78.3%. Health maintenance behavior in the family is linear with the incidence of illnesses in the family whereas the incidence of illnesses in urban households is higher than the percentage of rural households with 76.7% and 50.5%. Based on the results, it is recommended to community nurses to make efforts to promote family health maintenance behavior, especially on aspects that require improvement through health education activities in order to increase the motivation of the family in maintaining good health.Item The Identification Of Clean And Healthy Behavior In Household Community In Rural And Urban Areas Of Pekanbaru(2016-01-12) Herlina; Sabrian, Febriana; ArneliwatiClean and healthy behavior in household community is a government program into prevent health problems that exist in the community. The purpose of this research was to identify clean and healthy behavior in household community in rural and urban areas of Pekanbaru. This research was a descriptive study involving 600 families; 300 families reside in rural and 300 families reside in urban areas in Pekanbaru. Sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. The results showed that both rural and urban families have achieved the target of Ministry of Health for clean and healthy behaviors in household. The percentages of clean and healthy behavior indicators in families reside in rural areas are childbirth assisted by health workers (94.7%), exclusive breastfeeding (78%), use clean water (97, 7%), wash hands with soap and clean water (86.3%), use clean and healthy toilet (99%), eradicate mosquito larvae at home (93%), eat fruits and vegetables every day (81%). The percentages of clean and healthy behavior indicators in families reside in urban areas are childbirth assisted by health workers (92%), exclusive breastfeeding (77%), use clean water (92%), wash hands with soap and clean water (83%), use clean and healthy toilet (95%), eradicate mosquito larvae at home (74%). Based on the results, it is suggested for community health nurses to disseminate information more broadly and intensively in order to increase the number of healthy households in the community .Item PERBANDINGAN KEJADIAN ISPA BALITA PADA KELUARGA YANG MEROKOK DI DALAM RUMAH DENGAN KELUARGA YANG TIDAK MEROKOK(2013-07-09) Syahputra, Hadi; Sabrian, Febriana; Utomo, WasistoThis research is intended to find out the comparison of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) incidence in children age below five (toddlers) between family that has smokers at home with family that has non smoker at all. This research used comparative study design with case-control approach. Research has been done in Rejosari health centers in Pekanbaru city on 68 families which was chosen by using simple random sampling technique by considering inclusion criteria. Measurement tools that has been used is questionnaire that has been tested with validitas and reliabilitas test. Analysis that was used is univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Result of this research has shown that from 34 families (50% of total sampel) with smoker at home and having children with ARI are 58,8%, while another 34 families with non smoker at all and having children with ARI are 29,4% with degrees of significance 0,05 obtained the pv (0,028) < α (0,05) and OR point 3,429. Conclution of this research is there is significant differences between ARI incidence in toddlers that had smoker family member at home with family that has non smoker family member at all with 3,429 times greater risk on the family with smoker at home. According to this research, health centers (Puskesmas) are expected to increase promotion efforts by providing counseling to families about the danger of tobacco smoke to children health.Item The Relationship Between Family Support And Tuberculosis Drug’s Compliance In Pekanbaru(2016-01-13) Septia, Asra; Rahmalia, Siti; Sabrian, FebrianaTuberculosis until now is still a health problem in Indonesia and global. A cross sectional study was conducted determines the relationship between family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance in Pekanbaru. A total of 58 patients were included in the study that admitted in the ward and came to the respiratory discipline clinic that consume anti tuberculosis drug more than three month. Data collection was done by family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance questionnaire had been valid (0.96 and 0.79). The questioner had been test to 20 respondent in Petalabumi Hospital . The data was analyzed by chi square test. The result study showed that 74.14% had positive family support and 65.52% was compliance to consume drug for tuberculosis. However there was relationship between family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance with p value 0.036. Compliance and family support are the great of Tuberculosis control. To improve Tuberculosis drug’s compliance need to understand non-compliance and need to adopt a very and comprehensive view of patient compliance
