Item ANALISA PORTAL SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS RIAU MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5 (Studi Kasus :Kartu Rencana Studi)(perpustakaan UR, 2021-07) Muhammad, Mefpri Zon; Risanto, JokoOnline KRS information system is to facilitate the KRS entry system so that the information KRS generated to students is precise, accurate and students can easily enter, edit and print KRS. IT management in academic information systems (AIS) aims to assist in making decisions so that an institution can achieve its goals optimally. Therefore, IT governance is carried out implementation using the COBIT 5 framework in SIA. In this study, the domains chosen were DSS02, BAI04, BAI06, EDM01 and DSS04 with the capability level in the domains DSS02 3.31 (P), BAI04 2.78 (P), BAI06 2.81 (P), EDM01 2.86 (P) and DSS04 2,9 (P). based on these results that the level of IT capability achieved by the academic information system of the University of Riau in the case of study plan cards in the DSS02 domain at level 3, BAI04 at level 2, BAI06 at level 2, EDM01 is at level 2 and domain DSS04 is at level 2, the average capability level for the domain used is at level 2 and the DSS02 domain is at level 3.Item ANALISIS DATA PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN UNTUK MENENTUKAN PROMOSI PRODUK MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-MEDOIDS(Elfitra, 2022-10) Syabri, Muhammad Rodhian; Risanto, JokoProduct segmentation is one of the marketing strategies used by business units to achieve goals, which include decisions regarding target markets, product placement, and product promotion. To could perform product segmentation more effectively and efficiently, it is necessary to process sales data, by grouping product data from the level of sales. Er Coffee as the object of research, has a problem with how to group products based on the level of sales, to determine the right strategy. The sales transaction data used in this research are 27330-row records consisting of 186 product data with attributes used are the number of items and unit prices. This study uses the K-Medoids using the Minkowski Distance to group product data into 3 clusters based on high, medium, and low sales levels with the aim that each group will produce different promotional strategies for each level of sales. The product grouping analysis system in this research is web-based using the PHP programming language. The cluster results from this study were 76 items with low sales levels, 106 medium sales products, and 4 high sales products, then an evaluation of the cluster results was carried out to determine how well the accuracy level of the cluster results was. Testing the results of clustering using Silhouette Coefficient, based on this process, the k-medoids are good at grouping products with an accuracy rate of 0.570 and are included in the medium clusteringItem ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO KEAMANAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGADILAN AGAMA TELUK KUANTAN MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK ISO 27001(Elfitra, 2023-10) Saputri, Meifa Rara; Risanto, JokoISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an information security management system standard in the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 provides a framework for development, implementation, operation, monitoring, review and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). The objectives to be achieved from this research are increasing trust for information system users and increasing the credibility of the Teluk Kuantan Religious Court organization from the use of invalid information systems. After analyzing information system security risk management using the ISO/IEC 27001 Framework, there are 4 clauses, namely A.9 access control, A.11 physical and environmental security, A.12 operations security and A.16 information security incident management. Of all the clauses that have been calculated, the maturity level seen from clause 9 access control has an average of 3.96 which is included in the Quantitatively Controlled category, clause 11 physical and environmental security has an average of 4.62 which is included in the Continuously Improving category (continuously improved), clause 12 operational security has an average of 3.2 which is included in the Well Defined category (well implemented) and clause 16 information security incident management has an average of 4.5 which is included in Quantitatively Controlled category (quantitatively controlled).Item ANALISIS POLA PEMINJAMAN BUKU PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA FREQUENT PATTERN GROWTH (FP-GROWTH)(2021-02) Erlita, Maya; Risanto, JokoRiau University Library provides a variety of services for its visitors. One of the services provided is book loan transaction service. Every day in the library there will be dozens of book loan transactions and in general the transaction data is only used as an archive without being used to generate information or patterns of book borrowing on a data set. To find the pattern, it is necessary to analyze the data of book loan transactions. One of the analyses that can be used is by data mining method of association rules using algorithms (FP-Growth). In implementing FP-Growth method, we used data from book loan transactions in Library of Riau University which consist of 18721 transactions and the parameters used are minimum support 40% and minimum confidence 75%. FPGrowth completion stages are to form FP-Tree and then fp-tree mining process by forming conditional pattern base, forming FP-Tree and forming frequently pattern growth. From these stages, the results obtained were 102 rules with several combinations of items, namely a combination of 2 items, a combination of 3 items and a combination of 4 items. In conclusion, the rules produced in this study are influenced by the minimum value of support and minimum confidence, the greater the value, the more accurate the rules will be.Item ANALISIS SENTIMEN TERHADAP LAYANAN GOFOOD PADA MASA AWAL DAN PENURUNAN PANDEMI MENGGUNAKAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES(Elfitra, 2022-07) Sari, Intan Permata; Risanto, JokoCoronavirus is a group of viruses that can infect both animals and humans. Coronavirus usually causes respiratory tract infections in humans, ranging from coughs, colds to Middle East Syndrome (MERS), and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Many studies have been conducted to determine sentiment, especially regarding the effect of delivery services during the COVID-19 period. This study aims to compare the presentation of public sentiment regarding GoFood services in the early days of the pandemic and the decline of COVID-19 and to determine the level of accuracy in conducting sentiment analysis. This study used the Naïve Bayes method which is useful for classifying data and used a Confusion Matrix to see how well the accuracy level of the classification results is. In the process of data classification is divided into two, positive and negative. The final result of this research is that at the beginning of the pandemic, the sentiment was in the form of a positive sentiment was 52% and a negative value was 48%. Then during the pandemic decline, positive sentiment was 74% and a negative value was 26%. Based on this process, the accuracy rate at the beginning of the pandemic was 82.67% and during the decline in the pandemic, the accuracy level was 70.58%. So analyzing sentiment data using the Naïve Bayes method achieved satisfactory results.Item ANALISIS VALUE CHAIN UNTUK PEMATAAN STRATEGI SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODOLOGI WARD AND PEPPARD (STUDI KASUS: MAN 1 PEKANBARU)(Elfitra, 2023-11) M, Muna Putra Yuda; Risanto, JokoMAN 1 Pekanbaru is a secondary level of formal education in Indonesia, equivalent to Senior High School (SHS), located in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau. The strategic information system planning uses the Ward and Peppard method, aiming to win and stay ahead of competition for MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research employs SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, and PEST analysis to gather internal/external data, as well as the McFarlan matrix to depict the application portfolio. Based on the SWOT analysis results, MAN 1 Pekanbaru is positioned in quadrant 1, supporting an Aggressive strategy. The analysis indicates that the school can leverage its resources, competencies, or advantages to exploit existing opportunities. The value chain analysis identifies and links various strategic activities within the school, analyzing activities that create value both from within the school and externally. The PEST analysis results suggest that MAN 1 Pekanbaru can enhance its use of technology in education. The school can design a strategy to integrate this technology into their curriculum and improve the student learning experience. Meanwhile, the McFarlan matrix generates eight proposed information systems that should be developed and enhanced in the future.Item APLIKASI SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT KEHAMILAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TEOREMA BAYES BERBASIS WEB(Elfitra, 2022-12) Muhammad, Aldi Al Akbar; Risanto, JokoExpert system is one part of man-made intelligence that contains knowledge and experience that is entered by one or many experts into a particular field of knowledge, while the method used is the Bayes Theorem, which is a theorem with two different interpretations. In Bayes's interpretation, this theorem states how far the level of subjective trust must change rationally when there are new instructions. This research is conducted by scheme and making of an expert system used to assist to determine the diagnosa of any diseases which is preceded by main symptom of pregnancy diseases. Problems of uncertainty knowledge in this expert system is overcome by using Bayesian probability method. The process of diagnosing the patient diseases carried out in the consultancy session, will be preceded by the system raising the relevant questions to patient according to main symptom of natural by pregnancy diseases. The aim of this expert system is to help lay users to detect the onset of disease in the womb of pregnant women and provide possible treatment advice, but this system is not an absolute substitute for doctors.Item EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE UNIVERSITAS RIAU DENGAN METODE SERVQUAL(Elfitra, 2022-02) Rinaldy, Rivan; Risanto, JokoRiau of University is a university located in Riau Province, Riau University has a website that is used as an information center for activities at Riau University. The application of website-based services needs to be supported by a good level of service quality to its users. The Riau University website needs to be evaluated in detail to measure the quality of website services for its users. The method used is servqual includes dimensions is tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This method has 29 statement items and has 5 Likert scale of perception and expectation. Riau University has a population of 32,857 students and 1,561 lecturers. This study used the slovin technique to determined number of respondents samples, the results obtained are 100 respondents. Based on the result found that in the calculation of servqual the value of the gap dimensions is tangible -0,38, reliability -0,37, responsiveness -0,40, assurance -0,33 dan emphaty -0,45. This system was expected to make it easier for each user to carry out activities related to lectures. Over time, it is necessary to evaluated to measured the usability of Riau University Academic Information System website which affects user satisfaction. This research was conducted using the Usability Testing method, which is a method for evaluating usability so that it can identified problems that focus on the attributes of the system and efforts to avoid errors or usability problems. Usability describes the extented to which a product can be used by users to achieve certain goals which consists of five indicators, namely, Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction. This is because more and more business actors are starting their businesses or expanding the businesses they manage so that a business entity or store needs to make a certain sales strategy. To make a strategy, certain information is needed as material for consideration in making decisions, for example choosing a sales strategy that can utilize information from a collection of sales transaction data from that store. The purpose of this study is to obtain information in the form of consumer buying patterns, especially furniture, find consumer purchasing rules, and obtain sales strategy recommendations from the rules. There are several stages of this research method, including the data collection stage; equipment used, and steps to solve it. The initial data used is 2708 from January 2020 to May 2022. To obtain association rules, this study uses a minimum support of 10%. and a minimum confidence of 50%. The number of frequent patterns obtained was 19 and the association rules obtained were 8. From the association rules obtained, a sales strategy was formed.Item PEMETAAN ENTERPRISE GOALS UIN MAHMUD YUNUS BATUSANGKAR MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5(Elfitra, 2023-10) Ikhwin, Athifah Yumna Al; Risanto, JokoUIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar is a State Islamic Religious University (PTKIN) that uses an academic information system as a means of service and data management for data related to the academic process. Due to its role, analysis is needed to determine the extent to which UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar, especially the UPT-TIPD UIN Mahmud Yunus unit, manages information system security. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of security governance capability of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar's academic information system using the COBIT 5 framework which provides services to enterprises in managing and managing IT assets or resources to achieve the enterprise's goals. This research focuses on domains emphasizing two subdomains, APO13 and DSS05. This research had three respondents based on RACI charts and each was given a questionnaire with 24 questions in the APO13 domain and 40 questions in the DSS05 domain. Based on the analysis results, results were obtained APO13 results with a base practice scale of 3.83 (L) and a work product scale of 3.00 (L). Meanwhile, DSS05 has a base practice scale of 3.50 (L) and a work product scale of 3.50 (L). The Riau Province Tourism Office is one of the agencies that is a factor in economic growth and regional development which plays a role in managing tourism resources and promoting tourist destinations. However, the challenges faced by the Tourism Department are that system implementation is not optimal and there is a lack of integration between systems. Therefore, mapping business service requirements is needed to find out services that require enterprise architecture planning. This research produces two business/service needs, namely, improving tourism destination management and increasing tourism promotion.Item PEMETAAN SKENARIO (MAPPING SCENARIO) COBIT 5 DALAM AUDIT SIKUDA BKPSDM INHIL(Elfitra, 2023-11) Dibah, Jihan Para; Risanto, JokoBKPSDM Indragiri Hilir Regency launched an Administration Management Information System for a reliable, accurate, orderly and informative Database in the service of Personnel Data Information. This personnel administration information system is known as SIKUDa (General Personnel Information System and Data). In reality, the implementation of the SIKUDa application does not always run smoothly. Since its launch, SIKUDa has never received a capability level measurement, so it is not yet known with the use of SIKUDa whether the needs of ASN have been met, so it is necessary to conduct an Information System Audit on SIKUDa. The COBIT 5 framework was chosen because it can draw what to do in the development of SIKUDa. Data collection in the form of questionnaires using the Likert scale was distributed to respondents who had been mapped using the RACI Chart. The research focused on the APO4, BAI04, and BAI05 domains. Based on results, it can be concluded that the level of capability achieved by SIKUDa at UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru is level 1 for APO04, BAI04, and BAI05.Item PENENTUAN POLA BELI KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA APRIORI DENGAN MARKET BASKET ANALYSIS PADA INDOMARET CABANG DURI(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-31) Sitorus, Shabadtini Yuliana; Risanto, JokoAt this time, data can not be separated from our daily life and are the one of the most valueable resources. Sales transaction data of Indomaret are very large, so there is a pile of data that are left out. Even though, the transaction data can produce the important information for Indomaret. Then data mining is used with market basket analysis method to process the transaction data so that it can determine consumer buying patterns. Consumer buying patterns can be used as a reference for marketing strategies. Analysis is using apriori algorithm. From the research result on transaction data of Indomaret Jalan Pertanian Duri from September to November 2018 with minimum support value of 1% and minimum confidence value of 20% resulting four association rules with item combination up to 2-itemset.Item PENERAPAN ALGORITMA APRIORI UNTUK MENENTUKAN POLA PENJUALAN BARANG HARIAN PADA MINI MARKET AYU(Elfitra, 2023-01) Syafitri, Ulfa; Risanto, JokoThe amount of compettion, especially in the daily sales, requires the owners of shop to find strategies to increase daily sales, namely by knowing the pattern of daily sales so that owners can implement appropriate steps to increase selling power. Sales transactions can be used to determine the pattern of daily sales. Sales patterns can be processed into information by applying data mining methods with association rule techniques with a priori algorithms. Processing of daily goods sales transaction data of 7092 transaction data with a minimum support of 20 and a minimum of 50% confidence resulted in 32 association rules. In the lift ratio test, there are 12 association rules with a value of more than 1, meaning that there is a dependency between the antecedent and the consequent so that the rule can be used as a prediction of the appearance of a daily item due to the appearance of other daily items and can be used as a reference in recommending daily items.Item PENERAPAN MARKET BASKET ANALYSIS TERHADAP DATA TRANSAKSI MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA APRIORI(Elfitra, 2022-12) Maesyarah, Rabiyatul; Risanto, JokoThe Zainab Hospital of Mother and Child is a health service company that serves every patient who comes for treatment. The Zainab Hospital of Mother and Child have a large amount of data. The data warehouse certainly produces an important information. Utilization of data is not enough just to rely on operational data, but a data analysis is needed to explore the potential of existing information. Therefore, the hospitals must develop variety of strategies in order to prepare stocks of items that are often sold and arrange for optimal placement of goods. One of the strategies that can be done is to analyze the pattern of drug purchases and give a recommendation of purchasing as well as the placement of drugs most many sold. The pattern of drug purchases is processed using the method of Data mining and Apriori algorithm to analyze the association between drugs were purchased and determine the candidate combinations of drugs that are often purchased. Research is conducted on 6118 data transactions starting from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 with the value of minimum support 4% and minimum confidence 70%. This research results in a combination of 6 rules of drugs, where if patient buy Mefenamic Acid 500mg, patient will buy Cefixime 200mg Cap with a support value of 0.0403 = 4% and a confidence value of 1 = 100%. The results of the interpretation of these rules can be used as a reference for placement recommendations that placed close together to make it easier for employees and help service.Item PENGELOMPOKAN DAERAH PENYEBARAN KASUS COVID-19 DI PROVINSI RIAU MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING(Elfitra, 2022-02) Wahyuni, Fatma; Risanto, JokoCOVID-19 is a disease caused by the Corona Virus that is transmitted to humans and attacks the respiratory system. COVID-19 was first detected in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of 2019 and has spread very quickly to all countries including Indonesia. Currently, the spread of COVID-19 cases has been evenly distributed in almost all regions of the world, one of which is in Indonesia, especially Riau Province. This study aims to produce information on the clustering of areas for the spread of COVID-19 cases in Riau Province. The clustering of areas for the spread of COVID-19 cases was carried out using the k-means clustering method by grouping areas into 3 clusters, namely areas with high, medium, and low levels of spread. The final result of this study is that there were 118 sub-districts from various districts that were included in the cluster of areas with a low level of spread, 28 sub-districts from various districts that were included in the cluster of areas with a medium level of spread, and 5 sub-districts in the city of Pekanbaru that were included in the cluster of areas with a high level of spread.Item PENGELOMPOKKAN TINGKAT KEMATANGAN BUAH JERUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING(Elfitra, 2023-04) Anggraini, Lelly; Risanto, JokoKabupaten Kampar is one of the citrus cultivation centers in Riau, the most famous orange is the Siamese orange from Kampar. Siamese oranges from Kampar have characteristics that are different from other oranges such as having a sweet taste, fragrant aroma, and thin skin. Currently, the fruit ripeness classification process still uses the manual method farmers make direct visual observations by looking at the shape, size and color of citrus fruits. This study aims to design a classification system for the maturity level of citrus fruits using the k-means clustering method. The data used are images of citrus fruits recorded using a smartphone camera and saved in JPG format that then extracts each RGB and uses as input data. The sample data used in this study amounted to 85 represented into three levels of ripeness, namely unripe, ripe and overripe fruit. A total of 70 data were used as training data and 15 data were used as testing data. In the training data, the system managed to recognize 19 fruits as unripe clusters, 42 fruits as ripe clusters and 9 fruits as overripe clusters. The level of accuracy in the training data is 91.42%.Item PREDICTION OF U-DITCH RAW MATERIAL INVENTORIES IN. The purpose of this study is to use the method single exponential smoothing to predict the availability of raw materials u-ditch in the coming months / periods at PT. Multipurpose Precast Mandiri, designing and making raw material inventory prediction applications u-ditch web based and measuring the level of accuracy in predicting the availability of raw materials at PT. Multipurpose Precast Mandiri web based. The method single exponential smoothing is a continuous activity to make improvements in forecasting by averaging or smoothing the actual data values obtained from past data by decreasing (exponential) with smoothing intervals between α (0.1 to 0, 9). Based on the research results, it is found that the prediction uses the method obtained are the single exponential smoothing and the accuracy of the results is with the values error MAD, MSE and MAPE, and the results prediction of the smallest sand raw material at alpha 0.9 with an value of error MSE 276.9693789, MAD value 10.93720636 , and MAPE 19.44665318% with good accuracy, the smallest cement raw material is at alpha 0.9 with an value of error MSE 162.0855996, MAD value 8.620003534, MAPE 18.08803119% with good accuracy, and the last is the smallest split stone raw material at alpha 0.9 with value error MSE 264.4211558, MAD value 11.1994199, and MAPE 18.45811636% with good accuracy. A good level of accuracy is the level of accuracy that gets good predictions with value error a small.
