Item UJI PEMACUAN PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) TINGKAT PRE-NURSERY MENGGUNAKAN DUA ISOLAT TUNGGAL BAKTERI PELARUT FOSFAT ASAL TANAH GAMBUT RIAU(2016-01-26) Rahmawati, Dewi; Zul, Delita; Fatonah, SitiPhosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) is a group of benefical bacteria capable of solubilizing organic phosphate into anorganic phosphate. Applications of PSB as biofertilizer agents can improve plant growth. The objective of this research is to test the inoculation of single isolates of PSB and to find out the effect of watering on inoculation of PSB to the growth rate of pre-nursery palm oil in peat soil. This research was designed as Randomized Groups Factorial with two factors and three replication. The first factor consisted of seven isolate collection of PSB, the second factor consisted of watering-inoculation of PSB (1 watering treatment, 2 watering treatment, 3 watering treatment). The isolates were tested by inoculating them on germinated-palm oil. Furthermore, watering treatment on inoculation of PSB was started with 14 day-after plant (dap), 30 dap and 60 dap. The observed parameters included crown growth and root growth. The result showed that 3 watering treatment on isolate BB_HS13 increased the dry weight of the roots (0,67 g), wet weight of roots (2,14 g), dry weight of crown (1,59 g), and wet weight of palm oil seed crown (5,70 g).
