Item ANALISIS KROMATOGRAFI LAPIS TIPIS EKSTRAK ETANOL – SELULASE KULIT MANGGIS(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-14) Puja, Krisna; Nugroho, Titania T; Eryanti, YumExtract of mangosteen fruid rind in ethanol - cellulase has high antioxidant activity. The identity of the high antioxidant activity is not yet known. The purpose of this study was to analysed the separation of this extract for further analysis. In this study, the analysis was carried out by thin layer chromatography technique with hexane : ethyl acetate (7 : 3) eluent. The results showed that this extract showed 4 number of spots at Rfs 0,07 ; 0,40 ; 0,60 and 0,73 detected by 254 nm UV light. Extract of mangosteen fruid rind in ethanol – cellulase was separated into several coumpounds based on its polarityItem PENENTUAN KURVA PERTUMBUHAN Trichoderma aseprellum LBKURCCI(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-14) Tamher, Mahatir M; Nugroho, Titania TSome species of fungus have the ability to produce good and useful secondary metabolites. One of them is Trichoderma asperellum LBKURCC1 which is a species of Trichoderma sp. The fungus Trichoderma asperellum LBKURCC1 is Trichoderma strain which is isolated from the soil of chocolate plantations in Riau. This strain was isolated based on its ability to produce chitinase, but it turns out to produce cellulase and other enzymes. The purpose of this research is to determine the growth curve of T. asperellum LBKURCC1 hence the optimum time to produce enzymes is known. This research used PDA as media and fungus isolates with time span of 0 until 10 days. The results showed that the optimum time to produce enzymes is 2 days. This result confirmed that the exponential phase of 2 days is the optimum time to produce T. asperellum LBKURCC1 enzymes
