    This paper discusses how to get an inverse of a regular circulant matrix of order n, whose elements are in the form of an arithmetic sequence. The process begins with calculating the determinant and adjoint of the regular circulation matrix. Then, the results are applied into the adjoint theorem, so that the simple formula for the invers is obtained
