    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA

    Clean and healthy life behavior in the school is a set of behaviors practiced by students, teachers and the community in the school environment on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, so that they are able to prevent disease, improve health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. Knowledge and attitude are important domains in the behavior of increasing the value of healthy living expectations, and in schools teachers have a role in shaping desired behavior in students The purpose of the researched was to find out the factors related with clean and healthy life behavior in Junior High School. This research was quantitative analytic with cross sectional research design. There researced was conducted on Mei 2019 in Government’s Junior High School Number 32 at Pekanbaru (SMPN 32 Pekanbaru). Population were students with 380 student and all population were respondents. Instruments research used questionnaires. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. In this study there were significant relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.036 <0.05), attitude (p value = 0.001 <0.05), the role of teacher (p value = 0,000 <0.05) with clean and healthy life behavior. The conclusion of researched there were relationship between knowledge, attitudes and the role of teachers with clean and healthy life behavior in the school. Therefore, researchers suggest to respondents to continue to increase knowledge and positive attitudes in clean and healthy life behavior and teachers are expected to carry out their role in guiding students in health efforts so that clean and healthy life behaviors become students' daily behavior.
