Item ISOLASI DAN UJI TOKSISITAS SENYAWA METABOLIT SEKUNDER DARI FRAKSI N-HEKSANA DAUN MEMPENING (Lithocarpus bancanus)(2020-08) Lestari, Sri; Teruna, Hilwan YudaMempening (L. bancanus) is a species of the family Fagaceae. It can be found on hillsides and sandy mountains to clay, but can also be found in peat swamp forests. The purpose of this study was to isolate and test the toxicity of secondary metabolites from the nhexane fraction obtained from the leaves of the L. bancanus plant. Isolation was carried out by maceration method for 72 hours. A pure was obtained from sub-fraction 5 of the flash column chromatography. The purity of the compound was determined by TLC test and melting point test. The melting point is obtained in the range of 178-179ᵒ C. The compound was coded LB-H-06 and was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. The spectrum showed the presence of the OH group, C-H alkane, C=O, C=C, and C=O. A toxicity test using BSLT techniques showed that the LB-H-06 compound was toxic with a LC50 value of 9.34 ppm.Item Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Air Untuk Kelangsungan Penghidupan Masyarakat Di Sub Das Lematang, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan(wahyu sari yeni, 2018-09-05) Premono, Bambang Tejo; Lestari, SriThis research is focused on water management practices undertaken by upstream communities based on local knowledge and wisdom. Furthermore, the direct use of water benefit used for community livelihoods will be estimated. The research was conducted in Semendo Darat Ulu Subdistrict where the community holds a culture of traditional water management. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach with observation and in-depth discussion on selected respondents. The calculation of water value was done by market value and production value approach. Water as a public good needs a fair and balanced protection and also regulation to meet the needs of the community. Water utilization by Semende community in the research location was intended for household consumption and productive activities for agricultural cultivation. The management of water allocation for household consumption was carried out by BP-SPAMS Luang Saladahan which regulates the use of water for each households. Moreover, the management of water resources that is called Siring Panjang was used for irrigating rice fields. Within the village community, there is an informal structure in water management conducted by Datuk Siring and Menteri Siring. Datuk Siring plays a role in the regulation, supervision and smoothness of agricultural irrigation. While Menteri Siring has a duty to help Datuk Pertanggam in repairing the irrigation channels. The values of direct benefits from water utilization in this region reached Rp3.197.305.000 per year. This number indicated that the value of water resources in this area was very high so that the water and the catchment area must be preserved.Item Surve Tentang Masalah Yang Dialami Siswa Yang Nilainya Di Bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) Di SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang(2013-07-01) Lestari, SriThis study aims to describe the problems of social relationships, and physical health, early personal, leisure / leisure, relationships within the family, teaching education, economics and finance, religion, values,and moral values of students under KKM in SMP 2 Bangkinang. The population was all students in the class I have a problem that the value under the KKM in SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang which totaled 349 students. The samples in this study were all members of the population to become members of the sample (sample total or saturated) that has problems for more details and a population-based sample of 50 siswa.Hasil in this study found that: 1) Problems experienced by students whose value is below KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of social relationships are a problem on the issue of not able to act according to societal expectations. 2) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of physical and health problems are the easy feel fatigued or tired. 3) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of the problem of self contained on fear of making mistakes, hesitate in taking decisions. 4) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of the problem of free time / leisure are the lack of skills that can be used to fill spare time. 5) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of problems in family relationships are at the thought of how where do I repay parents. 6) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspects of the problem of education and pelajaranterdapat sure that is learned quickly forgotten. 7) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete MinimalCriteria) economic and financial aspects of the problems found in the natural environment kele3starian troubling because the extent of contamination. 8) Problems experienced by students whose value under KKM (Complete Minimal Criteria) aspect of religious issues, values and morals are at haunted by guilt.
