Item ABSTRACT EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEES WORKING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. CITRA SARDELA ABADI PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) LIZA, ERNAThe research was conducted on Citra Abadi Sardela headquartered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee commitment and motivation both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru and to determine what factors are more powerful influence on employee performance. The population in this study is the population in this study were all employees of PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru numbering as many as 130 employees and only 59 employees were sampled, and the method of data collection is done by random sampling Proporsive. The research and discussion of the results it is known that respondents note that the performance of employees at PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru pretty good, and so does the employee commitment and motivation, it is seen from the responses. There is a significant effect of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. There is a great contribution of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance variables are visible from the coefficients of determination were obtained for 80.1% and amounted to 19.9% again determined by factors other than commitment and employee motivation. There is a strong positive relationship between employee commitment and motivation to work with the employee's performance, as seen from the results of the correlation coefficients obtained for 89.5%. Advice from the results of this study are expected to always take the leadership commitment factor, because it can affect the performance of the employees in the company. It is expected the leadership to always push spawned a good motivation to work on every employee is expected to further research that addresses tipoik efrektivitas organization, in order to use variable variables other than leadership and organizational commitment, as both variable already has a high contribution to the effectiveness of the company's pliers
