Saccharata) Dengan Menggunakan Inokulum Lactobacillus Acidophilus Dan Bifidobacterium Sp.(2013-04-03) Kurnia Sari, DianThis research aims to know the effectiveness addition of purple sweet potatoes extract and skim milk to sweet corn yoghurt’s lactic acid and pH by using Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium sp. The research held in Biological Laboratory of Educational Faculty and Chemical Laboratory Of Result and Fishery of Riau University. Research design have been used was factorial completed randomized design (RAL factorial) which consisted of two factor. First factor is the addition of purple sweet potatoes extract with concentration are 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and second factor is skim milk with concentration are 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%. Parameter of research consisted of lactic acid and pH which analysed by using the ANAVA and continued with DMRT level 5%. The result showed that the addition of purple sweet potatoes extract and skim milk affected sweet corn yoghurt’s lactic acid and pH significantly. The combination of purple sweet potatoes extract and skim milk addition most effective at U15S5 (purple sweet potatoes extract 15%, skim milk 5%) with lactic acid 1.216% and pH 3,623.Item Studi Minat Baca Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Lingkungan Perumahan Graha Mustamindo Permai Pekanbaru(2013-03-14) Kurnia Sari, DianThe background of this research looks of joy, interest, concern and involvement of lower preformance children low in reading. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in reading in children. This research is descriptive quantitative approach. Collecting data using observation techniques. The number of samples in this study were 30 children consisting of 17 male children and 13 female children. Based on the results of data processing, obtained the average child's interest in reading, acquired 65% interest in reading children categorized enough. For each indicator, the indicator reading preferences obtained average 64%, 71% interest, interest of 65%, 60% involvement. It can be concluded that the least and the most prominent in the reading interest of children is an aspect of parental involvement in providing examples of reading to children as well as care and supervision of parents of children reading.
