    Linguistic Intelligence Differences Childhood Kindergarten 5-6 Years In Kurnia District Handsoe Pekanbaru Seen Fro Gender

    The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences between the linguistic intelligence of boys to girls aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Kurnia District Handsome Pekanbaru. In accordance with the title of the type used is the type of comparative research, the kind of research that would like to know the differences of each variable (X 1 ) and (X 2 ) in a way to see the difference, whether the difference is significant or not that is the linguistic intelligence of children aged 5 -6 years in kindergarten Kurnia Handsome Pekanbaru district in terms of gender. Data collection tools used in the form of observation sheet. As for the number of samples in this study were 50 children, including 20 boys and 30 girls and all were sampled. The survey results revealed that 1) linguistic description of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Kurnia District Handsome Pekanbaru categorized in terms of the types of women are, 2) linguistic description of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Kurnia Handsome Pekanbaru district in terms of the type of men being male category, and 3) There are significant differences between the linguistic children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Kurnia Handsome Pekanbaru district in terms of the types of women and men

    PENGELOLAAN LINEN HOUSEKEEPING (ROOM LINEN) DI HOTEL PANGERAN PEKANBARU

    Linen management in Hotel pangeran Pekanbaru need to be improved. Things are not managed perfecly. For example, lack of the number of various linen or linen is not in a good condition. These negative thing often cause some guest complain. This research is aimed to find out room linen rotation system, problem in management, and solution for existing problem. In collecting data, writer use observation and interview. Because there is only limited population, writer use sensus in analyze the data. Writer use univariat analysis technique. Over all, linen housekeeping management (room linen) in Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru is not really bad. But some indicators shows that things must be fixed. For linen number, we can say that it as okay, but some kind of linen is still limited. The conclusion of this research is linen rotation system in Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru can be categorized as a good one. But there is kind of linen which can not be rotated ideally because the linen number. It is caused by the number of linen which is out of order and laundry machine doest not function well. Treatment and using linen for other purpose are some solution that can be used for maintenance and linen addition.

    Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Hutan Alam Menjadi Hutan Tanaman Industri (Hti) Acacia crassicarpa Terhadap Beberapa Sifat Kimia Tanah Gambut

    The increasing of material timber industrial will lead to extension of plantation forest area in peat soil. In natural peat land forest, condition of soil is always reductive and moist, soil reaction (pH) is very acid and content of nutrient N, P, K, Ca, Mg, K, Na is very low. Some activity in plantation forest will changes some chemical properties in peat soil. The purpose of this research was to know lands use change from natural forest to plantation forest Acacia crassicarpa on some chemical properties in peat soil. Method in this research was survey, with purposive sampling. Data was analysed by descriptive and graphics model. The parameters were pH, organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphor and base cations K, Ca, Mg, Na. The result of research show that land use change from natural forest to plantation forest Acacia crassicarpa will increasing some chemical properties in peat soil. The longer time of land use change will increasing some chemical properties in peat soil. The increasing is fluctuative, as pH, total nitrogen, total phosphor, and base cations K, Ca, Mg, Na, whereas for organic carbon increase is linierly.
