Item ANALISIS VEGETASI BAMBU DI KECAMATAN RETEH KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR PROVINSI RIAU(2020-08) Yundikaa, Zulfitra; Khairijon, KhairijonBamboo is a plant that belongs to the tribe of Poaceae (grass-herbaceous). bamboo in Indonesia has a high biodiversity. Vegetation analysis is a method to study the composition of the type and shape or structure of vegetation. This research has been conducted in the district Sungai Batang District Indragiri Hilir from October 2019 to March 2020. Purpose of this research was to know the diversity and analyze the bamboo vegetation in Sungai Batang District, Indragiri Hilir District, Riau Province. This study used survey method. Data were collected directly from the field followed by data analysis. Results found six species of bamboo namely Bambusa vulgaris Schard. Ex Wendl. var. Striata, Dendrocalamus asper, Bambusa heterostachya, Bambusa glaucophylla, Bambusa vulgaris Schard. Ex Wendl. var. Vulgaris, Bambusa blumeana, Gigantochloa apus, dan Bambusa multiplex. In addition, the important value Index (INP) of the Bambusa vulgaris Schard. Ex Wendl. var. Striata showed the greatest degree of dominance.Item ANALISIS VEGETASI BAMBUDI KECAMATAN RETEH KABUPATENINDRAGIRI HILIR PROVINSI RIAU(2020-08) Wahyuda, Bima; Khairijon, KhairijonReteh Subdistrict of Indragiri Hilir Riau Province is a region that has many bamboo plants with a diversity of the medium bamboo species. Bamboo is an ecologically adaptiveplant and can be found in areas with a height of 0-2.000 masl. The purpose of this research was to know the diversity and analyze the bamboo vegetation in the Reteh subdistrict of Indragiri Hilir, Riau Province. This study useda survey method wich was held from October 2019 to March 2020 in three regions within Reteh subdistrict, namely the Pulau Kijang Urbanvillage, Madani Urbanvillage and Pulau Kecil Village. Result of the research obtained six species of bamboo namely Bambusa Heterostachya, Bambusa vulgaris var. striata, Dendrocalamus asper, Gigantochloa sp, Bambusa multiplex, Bambusa vulgaris var. vulgaris. The dominant bamboo specieswasBambusa heterostachya with higher density and frequency compared to other bamboo species.Item KEANEKARAGAMAN GULMA DI LAHAN PERTANIAN TANAMAN PADI DESA MENTAYAN, KECAMATAN BANTAN, KABUPATEN BENGKALIS(Elfitra, 2023-01) Saputri, Dian Eka; Khairijon, KhairijonRice is staple food for some regions the world including Indonesia. Weeds grown in rice fields interferes with rice plants since they compete with crops for nutrients. This study aimed to determine the structural analysis of weed composition in the rice fields in Mentayan Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The experiment used quadratic method in two areas (area 1 and area 2). There were 10 plots per area with size of each plot was 5 m x 5 m and space between plots was 20 meters. The research results found 20 species from 10 families with a total of 839 individuals. The highest dominant value was 46.32 at area 1 and the lowest dominance was 0.7 at plot 2. The highest importance value index in area 1 and area 2 was Imperata cylindrica species with a respective value of 46.82% and 45.70%.Item Kelimpahan Dan Keragaman Meiobentos Di Zona Intertidal Kawasan Marine Station Universitas Riau, Kota Dumai Provinsi Riau(2018-08-21) Mahatma, Radith; Khairijon, Khairijon; Nasution, Sufiana; Permala, AndikaKajian mengenai keenekaragaman dan kelimpahan meiobentos ini dilakukan pada zona intertidal di kawasan Marine Station Universitas Riau Kota Dumai. Sampling dilakukan pada 9 stasiun yang berada dalam dua habitat yang berbeda, bervegetasi mangrove dan tidak bervegetasi mangrove. Kelimoahan meiobentos pada dua habitat yang berbeda dianalisis dengan uji t. Struktur komunitas meiobentos terdiri dari 10 taksa yang terdiri dari Nematoda, Oligochaeta, Polychaeta, Copepoda, Ostracoda, Insekta, Holothuroidea, Kynorhincha, Gastropoda, dan Tardigrada. Komposisi meiobentos didominasi oleh Nematoda, Oligochaeta, dan Polychaeta, secara berurutan jumlahnya mencapai 74%, 12%, dan 8% dari total meiobentos yang disampling. Densitas meiofauna yang berasal dari habitat bervegetasi manrove adalah 579 ind./10 cm2, sedangkan daerah yang tidak bervegetasi 503 in./10 cm2. Hasil uji t mengindikasikan bahwa kelimpahan meiobentos di kedua tipe habitat, bervegetasi dan tidak bervegetasi, tidak berbeda nyata.Item KOMPOSISI DAN PENYEBARAN GULMA DI LAHAN PERTANIAN TANAMAN PADI (Oryza sativa L) KECAMATAN RIMBA MELINTANG, KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR(Elfitra, 2022-12) Islamiati, Hilda Rahma; Khairijon, KhairijonWeeds are wild plants that grow and adapt to changing environmental conditions, and can interfere with cultivated plants. This study aimed to determine the composition and distribution of weeds in rice (Oryza sativa L) agricultural land, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study used survey method. Plots were determined by "purposive sampling". There were10 plots and two transects in two fields (A and B) with a size per plot was 5 m x 5 m. The study found 13 families and 20 species with a total of 811 individual species in land A. In addition, there were 11 families and 18 species with a total of 725 individual species in land B. The highest density value in land A was showed by P. repens species (13,39) and the highest density value in the field B was P. hemitomor species (14,21).Item KOMPOSISI DAN STRUKTUR HUTAN MANGROVE DI DESA APAR, KECAMATAN PARIAMAN UTARA, PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT(2020-12) Marfis, Khairani Latifa; Khairijon, KhairijonMangrove forest are coastal ecosystems that have both biotic and abiotic functions. This study aimed to determine the composition andstructure of mangrove plants in Apar Village, North Pariaman Sub-District, West Sumatera. This study used the survey method and the data was collected directly from the field and continued with data analysis. The results found 12 types of mangrove, that were Achantus ilicifolius, Rhizopora apiculata, Rhizopora mucronata, Nypa friticuns, Soneratia caseolaris, Dolicandrone spathacea, Hibiscus tiliaceus, Ardisia speciosa, Pandanus adoratissim, Cerbera maghas, Calophyllum inophyllum, and Barringtonia racemosa. The results of Value Index analysis, the highest were seedling strata (Acanthus ilicifolius) in stasiun three, sapling strata (Dolicandrone spathacea) in station two and station three, and tree strata (Nypa friticuns) in station one. One area that still lacks information about bamboo is Kuantan Singingi Regency, precisely in Pangean District which also has a fairly high diversity of bamboo which is often found river areas, residential areas, plantations and forests. The composition and diversity of plant species in an area depends on several environmental factors. This study aims to determine the composition and diversity of bamboo in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted by survey method. This research was conducted in March-June 2021 in five villages, namely Pulau Tengah Village, Tanah Bekali, Pasarbaru, Sukaping and Koto. The results of the study found eight species of bamboo with two varieties that have been identified. The eight species of bamboo found include; Bambusa vulgaris; Bambusa vulgaris var. striata and Bambusa vulgaris var. vulgaris, Bambusa multiplex, Bambusa glaucophylla, Gigantochloa atter, Ggantochloa pruriens, Gigantochloa achmadi, Gigantochloa kuring and Thyrsostachys siamensis. The most dominant bamboo species is Bambusa vulgaris.Item PENYEBARAN STRATA POHON MANGROVE DI DESA API-API, KECAMATAN BANDAR LAKSAMANA, KABUPATEN BENGKALIS(Elfitra, 2023-02) Triafani, Riska; Khairijon, KhairijonMangroves are very productive forests, have high diversity and play an important role in the ecosystem. This study aimed to determine the distribution of mangrove tree strata in Api-Api Village, Bengkalis Regency. This study used survey method. Experimental plots were determined by purposive sampling with a plot size of 10 m x 10 m. Results of the study found eight families. The study also analyzed secondary data such as type of substrate, salinity, pH, temperature and light intensity. Those environmental factors influence the distribution of mangrove tree strata in Api-Api Village, Bengkalis Regency. R. apiculata species were distributed throughout the zone, E. agallocha was grown in the middle and back zones, while the species N. fructicans was only found in the back zone.Item STRUKTUR DAN KOMPOSISI VEGETASI POHON PADA HABITAT SIAMANG (Symphalangus syndactylus) DI KAWASAN SUAKA MARGASATWA BUKIT RIMBANG BUKIT BALING BAGIAN SELATAN PROVINSI RIAU(2020-08) Soleha, Endang; Khairijon, Khairijon; Sofiyanti, NerySiamang (Symphalangus Syndactylus) is primate speciesclassified as arboreal since it does all of daily activities on tree canopies closely.This study was carried out from April to July 2017 in Suaka Margasatwa Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Region, Kampar Regency shouthern part, Riau Province. This study aimed to analyse the composition and structures of trees in habitats of Siamang in Suaka Margasatwa Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Region. This study used purposive sampling method, with a total of three transects, five plot (40x40 m in size) each transect. The parameters observed in this study were density, frequency, and dominance. A total of 57 species from 25 families and 264 individuals were identified in this study. Species with the highest value of density, ferquency, and dominance were Callophyllum pulcherimum (8,33), Callophyllum pulcherimum and Dipterocarpus gracilis (0,53), andTetramerista glabra (10930), respectively. The important value index in Siamang’s habitat was at low category, and ranged from 1.19– 20.82%.Item STRUKTUR DAN REGENERASI VEGETASI MANGROVE DESA SUNGAI ASAM KECAMATAN RETEH INDRAGIRI HILIR(2020-09) Misnawati, Misnawati; Khairijon, KhairijonMangrove forest is an ecosystem found in tidal areas affecting other ecosystems in the area. If an ecosystem is damaged or disturbedthen surrounding ecosystem will be affected. Good management (rehabilitation) of mangrove forests will affect people’s income especially fishermen and pond farmers because the mangrove forest is one of the determinants of fish abudance or various other marine biota. Research on the structure and regeneration of mangrove vegetation has been carried out in the Sungai Asam village sub-district Reteh Indragiri Hilir regency in October to December 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the structure and regeneration of mangrove vegetation. Data was collected directly from the field then followed by data analysis. The method used is a survey method and determination of the transects point by purposive sampling. The study found five mangrove species namely Rhizophora apiculata, Bruguiera sexangula, Sonneratia alba, Avicennia alba and Nypa fruticans. The regeneration status of mangrove forests in Sungai Asam village is different namely it is classified categorized sufficient, low and newly regeneration
