    KOORDINASI PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA BANJIR DI KECAMATAN KAMPAR KIRI HULU OLEH BADAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DAERAH DAN DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN KAMPAR TAHUN 2011

    Purpose of this study was to determine how the coordination is done by the regional disaster management agencies and social services in the flood disaster in the upper left Kampar district in 2011. Whereas the method used is a qualitative research method, wherein the method is shown to the research procedures which produce qualitative file that the observed expression ornotes. The results of this study provide input and advice to government agencies related to the Kampar district disaster management, in this case the implementation of the coordination functions performed by local disaster management agencies (BPBD) and social services Kampar district in flood disaster management in the upper left Kampar district, 2011. Conclusion of this study is disastrous management body regions and social services Kampar district has not implemented optimally in coordinating the implementation of the flood disaster that occurred in the upper left Kampar district, with a variety of inhibiting factors such as, the difficulty of meeting or meetings, the lack of joint work programs and communication intensity is low, so that the coordination between regional disaster management agencies and social services are not fuplly implemented.
