    This study aimed to determine the effect of size and profitability of the Company's stock price on the Property and Real Estate sectors in the period 2006 to 2010, partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique is to use a purposive sampling technique is based on the consideration of sampling techniques, generally adapted to the purpose or research problems. Data collection methods used are secondary data collection methods, using specific criteria. In this study, the sample was fifteen companies Property and Real Estate. This study used multiple regression analysis, as well as the normality test data, as well as covering classical assumption test autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results showed two independent variables (company size and profitability) is able to exercise significant Simultaneous to Stock Price. While partial test showed that the two independent variables (company size and profitability) are each having an effect on the stock price. Profitability variables that have the most dominant effect on stock price.
