Item APLIKASI GOLD NANOBIPYRAMIDS UNTUK SENSOR PLASMONIK(2020-10) Melani, Sindi; Iwantono, IwantonoThis study aims to analyze the potential application of gold nanobipyramids (GNBPs) for plasmonic sensors to detect various chemicals. Synthesis of GNBPs uses the Seed Mediated Growth Method (SMGM). The GNBPs are used as sensing material to detect acetone and chlorpyrifos in plasmonic sensor systems with D.I. Water uses as a reference. Each spectrum shown in plasmonic sensor responses have two peaks resonance, i.e. t-SPR peak at a wavelength position of 545.95 nm, 546.20 nm, and 546.40 for D.I. Water, acetone and chlorpyrifos, respectively. Moreover for l-SPR peak, the position of each peaks is at a wavelength position of 803.40 nm, 803.45 nm, and 803.47 nm, respectively. The plasmonic sensor results depicts that the GNBPs are very potential to be used as sensing material in sensing aplicationItem SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI GOLD NANOBIPYRAMIDS(2020-10) Citra, Yulia; Iwantono, IwantonoThis study aims to synthesize and characterize gold nanobipyramids (GNBPs). Synthesis of GNBPs uses the Seed Mediated Growth Method (SMGM) or better known as the seed mediated growth method. GNBPs were characterized using UVVis, XRD and FESEM spectroscopy to determine their optical properties, structure and morphology. The UV-Vis absorption spectrum of GNBPs shows that the t-SPR peak is at a wavelength of 573 nm and the l-SPR peak is at a wavelength of 755 nm. The results of XRD characterization at a diffraction angle of 30 ° - 70 ° showed 3 diffraction peaks at an angle of 2θ: 38.0557 °, 44.3365 ° and 64.44438 °. Based on standard data references in the Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD) No. 98- 005-2249, it is known that GNBPs have a Face Centered Cubic (FCC) structure and it is confirmed that the nanoparticles formed are gold nanoparticles with crystal plane orientation (111), (200), and (220). From the FESEM photo, the percentage density of the sample surface was 78.86% and the average values for length, width, and aspect ratio were 104.85 nm, 43.39 nm, and 2.46, respectively
