This research had an aim to is to evaluate whether inflammation also happened in hepar histopathology of Wistar rat which fed by atherogenic diet for 5, 8 and 12 weeks. Methods: By using rat as animal experiment, fed by cholesterol from egg yolk (2%), goat fat(5%), cholate acid (0,2%) mixed in standard food, and given 20 g/day/each rat . Vitamin D3 for initial dosage (700.000 IU/kg) was given in the first day, and repeated every four weeks 300.000 IU/kg by using sondage. There are 3 groups of rats; 8 weeks group (P1), 12 weeks group (P2), and control group (P0). For control group, the animal only fed by standard food without giving vitamin D3. Histopathology evaluation based on Histological activity by Metavir system, which grade into none, mild, moderate and severe. Results: For control group, there are 60% samples with mild activity score and 40% with moderate activity score. For 8 weeks group, there are 67% samples with moderate activity score and 33% with mild activity score. For 12 weeks group, all of samples with mild activity score.Item Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Keliling Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Pokok Bahasan Sistem Koloid Di Kelas Xi Ipa Sma Negeri 5 Pekanbaru(2013-01-05) IsmawatiHave been do the research by apply cooperative learning with the roving groups techniques to increase student achievement in the subject colloidal systems in class XI Science SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The research’s type is experiment research conducted on 15 May to 16 June 2012. The sample consisted of two classes, namely XI IPA 3 as the experiment class and the control class XI IPA 1. The experiment class is the class treated by cooperative learning the roving group techniques, while the control class is the class untreated cooperative learning roving group techniques. Increasing student achievement is measured using the research instrument pretest and posttest form of matter. Data analysis technique used is the t-test using the data obtained from the test value and the value homogeneity and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the implementation of cooperative learning techniques roving groups can improve student achievement with an increase of 6.086%.
