Item HUBUNGAN PEMBERIAN MAKANAN PENDAMPING ASI (MP-ASI) DINI TERHADAP KEJADIAN ISPA PADA BAYI USIA 0-6 BULAN(2013-07-05) Wulandari, Desi; Indriati,Ganis; ArneliwatiThe aim of this study was to analyzed the correlation between giving early complementary feeding with occur of acute respiratory infection (ARI) in infants aged 0 – 6 months. This was descriptive research that used correlation method with cross sectional approach. Research had been done in Sail subdistrict, Tenayan Raya district Pekanbaru on 75 babies which was chosen by using cluster sampling technique by considering inclusion criteria. Measurement tools that had been used was questionnaire with 10 questions which was developed by researcher. This research is used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square tests. The result of this research was that infants with early complementary feeding got respiratory infection (72.9%), while infants who were not given an early complementary feeding got respiratory infection (25%). In conclusion, there was correlation between giving early complementary feeding with occur of acute respiratory infection in infants aged 0 – 6 months. Based on the research, the local government clinic should enhance mother’s knowledge about complementary feeding and mothers are expected to raise awareness the importance of prevention acute respiratory infection.Item HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG KEBERSIHAN GIGI DAN MULUT TERHADAP PERILAKU MENYIKAT GIGI PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DI SDN 136 PEKANBARU(2013-07-04) Maysaroh, Asih; Indriati,Ganis; JumainiThe aim of this studid was to analyze the correlation between knowledge of the hygiene of mouth and dental school students 136 Pekanbaru. The design of this research is descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Questionnaires were distributed to students 10-12 ages with 140 respondents who are choosen by simple stratified random sampling. Instrument that used been was a questionnaire about knowledge and skill. This research used univariate and bivariate analyze with chi-square. The result of this research, there is no correlation (p value>0.05). The research for elementary school age students are expected to be able to increase their knowledge about mouth and tooth health and awareness of the important to keep mouth and tooth health.
