Item Implementasi Permendiknas Nomor 39 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pemenuhan Beban Kerja Guru Dan Pengawas Satuan Pendidikan Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Smp Negeri 1 Kampar Timur.(2013-05-11) Hajar, SitiRegulation of the Minister of National Education No. 39 of 2009 Concerning Compliance Workload Education Teacher and the Supervisory Unit. In Permendiknas No. 39 of 2009 states that the workload of teachers assigned at least 24 hours of face-to-face and at most 40 hours of face-to-face in one week in one or more units of educational establishments that have permits from the local government. Minimum of 24 hours of workload is considered heavy by the teacher, because in addition required to meet the workload, they are also required to improve the performance better. The number of teacher workloads can affect performance. Formulation of this research is how the implementation of teacher workload SMP Negeri 1 Permendiknas Kampar East by No. 39 of 2009, what the efforts of teachers in the fulfillment of his workload, what barriers experienced teachers to meet the workload, and the workload of teachers is there any influence on performance . The study population was 23 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and simple regression. Results of questionnaires and interviews found that implementation of teacher professional fulfillment workload SMP Negeri 1 Kampar Timur entirely (100%) have met in accordance with the minimum workload Permendiknas No. 39 of 2009. The results showed that a significant difference between the teachers' workload performance. Effect of workload on the performance is at 23%, while the regression equation is Y = 89.169-0.681 x (Y = a + b X), this means that the coefficient value of the workload of teachers towards performance - 0.681, which implies an increased teacher workload variable by 1 unit, then the value of the variable performance of teachers will decrease by -0.681 units.Item Penerapan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas VB SDN 54 Pekanbaru(2013-08-27) Hajar, SitiThe problem in this study was low grade mathematics learning outcomes VB SDN 54 Pekanbaru. In this thesis presented observations of teacher activity, student activity and student learning outcomes through the end of cycle test results I and II. The average activity of teachers in fostering the learning process with the action in the first cycle is 71.42% while the cycle either category II is 87.49% better category. The average activity of students during the learning process in the first cycle is 64.28% and the second cycle either category average of 85.71% very good category. On the basis of the average score of 50.68 and 75.00 cycle I with an increase of 24.32. In the first cycle, the average daily test cycle II 75.00 and 80.75 with the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle of 5.75. While the average percentage of students in the classical mastery learning gained from daily tests have increased in the first cycle is 85% (categories completed) and the second cycle is 90% (complete category).
