Item PENGARUH WAKTU IRADIASI GELOMBANG MIKRO TERHADAP KUALITAS KARBON AKTIF DARI KAYU EUCALYPTUS PELLITA SEBAGAI ADSORBEN(2016-10-12) Fitri; Farma, RakhmawatiResearch on syinthesis of activated carbon has been conducted from Eucalyptus pellita wood. Activated carbon was prepared by conventional carbonization. Chemical activation was conducted using the potassium hydroxide and assisted microwave irradiation. The mass ratio of carbon and KOH is 2:1. The samples were irradiated by microwave iradiation with various irradiation time of 10, 15, and 20 minutes with its output power of 630 watts. The physical properties of activated carbon were characterizated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) and adsorption of methylene blue. SEM and EDX analysis showed the activated carbon are porous, furthermore the atomic percentage of the carbon was 78.27%. The irradiation time of 15 minutes resulted of the optimum methylene blue adsorption of 92.762 mg/g. The microwave irradiation times influenced the properties and qualities of the activated carbon.Item Perbandingan Latihan Double Leg Speed Hop Dengan Single Leg Speed Hop Terhadap Power Otot Tungkai Pada Siswa SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru Yang Mengikuti Ekstrakulikuler Bola Voli(2013-06-17) FitriThis research is experimental. The research was conducted at the Vocational students who follow Extracurricular ABDURRAB Pekanbaru. The research data was obtained and collected through the initial testand final test before and after exercise Double Leg Speed Hop danSingle Leg Speed Hop. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed that the identification problem Vocational students who follow Extracurricular Pekanbaru ABDURRAB not have a good leg muscle power. This is due to the lack of exercise that leads to physical conditions particularly power (Power). Therefore this study aimed to compare the significant influence of exercise Double Leg Speed Hop and Single Leg Speed Hop on leg muscle power in Pekanbaru ABDURRAB Vocational students who take extracurricular. T test analysis results produced by Group A with ttabel 1,895 5.657 in group B was 3,509 with 1,895 ttabel, in group A and group B as many as 4,073 to 1,761 ttabel at significant level of 0.05. Means t> t table, so that the third hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that there is significant influence comparisons between exercise Single Leg Speed Hop and Single Leg exercises to speed Hop limb muscle power in Pekanbaru ABDURRAB Vocational students who take extracurricular. Then the average increase, Double Leg Speed Hop latiahan more significant effect on leg muscle power
