Item Improving The Speaking Ability Of The Second Year Students Of MTS Al-Muhajirin Tapung By Using Information Gap Activities(2013-07-17) Dewi, RatnaThis action research is aimed at improving the speaking ability of MTS Al-Muhajirin Tapung by using information gap activities. In other words, it is intended to solve some of educational problems especially in speaking skill. This research consisted of two cycles, before the researcher go to the first cycle. First, the researcher started the activity by giving students the pre-test. It was done to know the general ability of students in speaking before conducting information gap activities. Second, the researcher conducted the teaching of speaking by using information gap activities and giving post test I after treatments in first cycle ( 2 meetings ) The last, because of the score did not achieve the Minimum Criteria of Achievement, the researcher conducted to the second cycle to the students by using information gap activities and giving post test 2 after treatments in second cycle( 2 meetings ). Finally, the result of this research showed that the speaking ability of the second year students of MTS Al-Muhajirin Tapung increased from mediocre level to good level. The last, the researcher concluded that by using information gap activities, teacher can apply it to make students enjoy and interest in learning English especially in speaking class. So it can be a kind solution for the teachers to use information gap activities in the classroomItem Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Di Desa Naga Beralih Kecamatan Kampar Utara Kabupaten Kampar(2013-04-25) Dewi, RatnaThe society participation in carrying on educational children under five is the key of kindergarten’s education, needs society participation largely because without this, the process of educational kindergaten can’t work actively. This research is for knowing society participation of educational under five in Naga Beralih -North Kampar Subdistrict- Kampar Regency. The using method in this research in descriptive method of quantitave approach that intends to describe about society participation of educational children under five in Naga Beralih –North Kampar Subdistrict- Kampar Regency. The technical data gathering in this research are obsevation, interview and spreading inquiry. The result of the risearch can be concluded that society partisipation of educational children under five in Naga Beralih –North Kampar Subdistrict- Kampar Regency on large scale of each participation can see from the average of score, respondent’s answer very often (SS) 28,10%, respondent’s answer clarified often (S) 46,70%. Whereas who clarified disagreed (TS) 20,1%, and clarified very disagreed (STS) 5,1% only. If the respondent’s answer combined between very often (SS) and often (S) means (28,10%+46,70%) or 74,8%. From the result of the research can be concluded that society participation in Naga Beralih –North Kampar Subditrict- Kampar Regency on a large scale can be observed from each participation be seen from average score is high.Item Persepsi Guru Biologi Sma Kota Pekanbaru Terhadap Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Karakter Dan Budaya Bangsa Pada Mata Pelajaran Biologi Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012(2013-01-21) Dewi, RatnaPERSEPSI GURU BIOLOGI SMA KOTA PEKANBARU TERHADAP INTEGRASI NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER DAN BUDAYA BANGSA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BIOLOGI TAHUN AJARAN 2011/2012 Ratna dewi 1), Evi Suryawati 2), Yuslim Fauziah 2) Ratnadewi_dewi2000@yahoo.com 1) Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Jurusan PMIPA 2) Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Jurusan PMIPA ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to determine the perceptions of biology teacher of senior high school in Pekanbaru toward Integration of The values of Character and Culture Nation on Biological Subjects in Academic Year 2011/2012. The samples were 25 biology teachers included into the Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) members in Pekanbaru. The parameters used are the perception and understanding. Teacher perception’s instrument used close questionnaire, open questionnaire and understanding test. The results showed that perceptions of senior high school biology teachers of Pekanbaru toward integration of character values and culture nation by using the close questionnaire with the average of 3.46 is (good category), the result of the research using an open questionnaire with a mean good categories, and comprehension test with a mean 0.63 (good categories). Based on these results it can be concluded that the perceptions of biology teacher of senior high school in Pekanbaru toward Integration values Character and Culture Nation on Biology Subject with good category, so teachers are expected to develop the equipment of biology learning based on of values of character and culture nation.
