Item GAMBARAN DIATOMEA PADA PERAIRAN MUARA SUNGAI ROKAN KECAMATAN BANGKO DAN KECAMATAN BATU HAMPAR KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR SEBAGAI DIAGNOSIS PENUNJANG IDENTIFIKASI LOKASI KORBAN MATI TENGGELAM(2013-07-27) Maliki, Muhammad; Dedi Afandi; Adnan KasryDiatomea investigation in the body of drowning victims is one of important investigation to determination the drowning victims location. Diatomea is sould in the lung or another organ from the body of victims as prove of drowning intra-vitality it means the victims are still alive when they are in the water and they are dead because of it. Diatomea species determining can be concluded as a supporting diagnose to identify the location of drowning victims by comparing the diatomea in the victims body with diatomea species in the water this research is a descriptive research which is purposed for recognizing the species and the diatomea abundant in the Rokan’s River Estuary of Bangko Sub-district and Batu Hampar Sub-district Rokan Hilir Regency this research sample is taken from five research of stasions as purposive sampling. This research was done in April and May 2013 at Rokan’s River Estuary in Sub-district Bangko And Subdistrict Batu Hampar Rokan Hilir Regency. Diatomea investigation was done by using Binocular microscope. This determining was done by using Masaharu and Yunfang atlas the abundant was searched by counted and numbered by using American Public Health Associations (APHA) formula. Diatomea was founded eight species they are: Aulocoseira sp, Diatoma sp, Nitzchia sp, Isthmia sp, Melosira sp, Navicula sp, Skeletonema sp, Bitdulphia sp. The abundant of diatomea is founded 11152,2 sel/L when the water comes up and I found 9132,6 sel/L when the water come down with the Diatoma sp as the most dominant diatomea as a mount as 4986,4 sel/L when the water comes up and with diatoma sp as the most dominant Diatomea as amount as 3799,8 sel/L.Item GAMBARAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI NARAPIDANA ANAK DI POLIKLINIK LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KLAS II B PEKANBARU(2013-07-26) Darundryo, Riyan Muhammad; Tuti Restuastuti; Dedi AfandiJuvenile delinquents as vulnerable groups need special attention in obtaining their optimal health. Inside the correctional institution, the realm of health handling cannot be disregarded, in order to keep good physical and mental condition among the juvenile delinquents. The aim of this research was to observe the description of health care for juvenile delinquent in polyclinic of correctional institution class II B Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive quantitative approach through inmate perception questionnaires about health care in polyclinic and qualitative approach through SWOT analysis on the health stakeholders. The results of this research described that the five dimensions of service quality were good enough, which were only 3 (three) of 16 (sixteen) items stated unsatisfied by the inmates. There were the availability of brochures, pictures or pamphlets that explain dangers of diseases, regular health checks, and also the alertness of officers to came to the blocks if there were sick inmates. In SWOT analysis, early screening on every new entry inmates was a strength, but the number of health personnel and facilities were remained as weaknesses. Health counseling for inmates was an opportunity while overcapacity was still a threat in polyclinic health care.Item u GAMBARAN DIATOM PADA SUNGAI BANGKO KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR SEBAGAI PENUNJANG DIAGNOSIS IDENTIFIKASI LOKASI KORBAN MATI TENGGELAM(2013-07-27) Ridwan; Dedi Afandi; Siregar, Sofyan HuseinThe purpose of the judical process in the Medicine Forensic Science was to diagnose on a drowning case. One of the process was the diatom examination. The diatom examination could be done on the sample of lungs tissue, kidney, hepar, small intestine, duodenum and bone marrow. The function of this diatom examination was to confirm whether the victim’s death because of he drowning or other reasons and to identify the diatom within the dead body then compared to the diatom in the territorial waters prior to confirm the location where the accident occured. This reseach was held in March 2013 in Bangko river Rokan hilir district. Based on this reseach there were four types of diatom found out namely Aulacoseira sp, Diatoma sp, Nitzcshia sp, and Isthmia sp. The lowest abundance was in the station I where one type of diatom where Aulacoseira sp (720 cells/L) found, while the highest abundance was found in the station II where Aulacoseira sp, diatoma sp, and Nitzschia sp (1520 cells/L) included within. In the station III was found the type of diatom and abundance (720 cells/L) where Aulacoseira sp, diatoma sp, and Isthmia sp were included within it.
