Item Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Dosen Dan Fasilitas Perpustakaan Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mandiri Pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau(2013-07-26) Angela, SanidyaThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skills teaching faculty and library facilities simultaneously or partially on motivation to learn independently on Economic Education Riau University Students. The population in this study all students in the Economics of Education 2010-2012 University of Riau, amounting to 249 people, with a sample of 110 people. Because the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the number of samples is determined by students who visit the library in the last 1 year. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data were obtained from the respondents' answers were 110 students. Analysis of the data used is using multiple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS software version 16.0. From the results of research on regression analysis results obtained Y = 1.498 + 0.413 X1 + 0.160 X2 which means self-learning motivation is influenced by the skill of teaching faculty and library facilities. While the test is based on the F value obtained F count > Ftable (14.350> 3.08) or the Sig. 0.000 <0.05, means that the hypothesis is accepted which means simultaneously a significant difference between the skills of teaching faculty and library facilities to the students motivation to learn independently on Economic Education University of Riau. While the t-test on the skills of the teaching faculty t count > ttable is 3.769> 1.982 then the hypothesis is accepted means that skills teaching faculty has significant influence and learning facilities tcount > ttable is 2.277> 1.982 then faslitas library variable has a positive influence on motivation to learn independently. Coefficient of determination obtained is 21.1%. While 78.9% is influenced by other variables not known.
