    ISOLASI DNA DAUN LOPANG MENGGUNAKAN GENOMIC DNA MINI KIT (PLANT) GENEAID

    Lopang plants are annual herbaceous plants that have been cultivated in Riau Province. This plant grows creeping and dominantly growing in open land which is used as a fields. This plant is used as a vegetable and is believed to be an herbal medicine for certain diseases by Riau people. This study aims to extraction the total DNA of Lopang plants. Research methods include total DNA isolation and total DNA electrophoresis. The results showed that total DNA was thin with a length of more than 10,000 bp.
