Item PENGARUH KENAIKAN CASING PRESSURE TERHADAP LAJU ALIR PRODUKSI DI LAPANGAN MINYAK DURI(2013-02-08) Nurkhalis; Sunarno; Akbar FajrilProduction oil wells in Duri field have a unique production system since it producing both from tubing and casing. Casing pressure is one parameter that could impact well production. High casing pressure will increase restriction and prevent oil flow from reservoir to wellbore. High casing pressure indicates lot of steam produce, and mostly there is sand associated in CVC fluid production. This produced sand could cause leaking in surface pipe. Therefore to prevent pipe leak, need to reduce sand production by installing choke/orifice. In opposition, this choke/orifice could create back pressure to reservoir. This study aims to determine the impact of increasing casing pressure on fluid production rate. The research was done by two methods: 1) vary opening casing valve from 100%, 75%, 50% 25% and 0% then conduct fluid production test for each opening valve; 2) increase choke size at producer wells by ¼” from current choke size. Result from this research show that for production rate will not significantly impacted on 75% opening casing valve; for 50% opening casing valve, production rate will decrease around 10% from normal rate; for 25% opening casing valve, production rate will decrease 30% from normal rate and 0% opening casing valve (closed), the well will not produce anything. The result also shows that by increasing casing choke size using appropriate flow process could increase well production.Item Perengkahan Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) Menjadi Biofuel Menggunakan Katalis H-Zeolit dengan Variasi Temperatur Reaksi dan Konsentrasi H-Zeolit(2013-03-22) Khaer, Miftahul; Akbar Fajril; Zahrina IdaCracking reaction Palm Fatty Acid distillate (PFAD) with fixed variable catalyst/PFAD 1/75 and a cracking time for 2 hours, while the temperature variables were changed at 340, 360, 3800C and H-zeolite catalyst by preparation with acid 1 N, 2 N, 3 N . Catalyst characterization using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and the product obtained was analyzed using Gas Chromatography Mass Spectra (GCMS). The highest reaction conversion result 52% was obtained at a temperature of 280oC and H-Zeolite catalysts 3 N. Products containing alkane fraction 47,41%, consisting of gasoline fraction 2,1%, kerosene 2,17% and diesel 41,14%.Item Perengkahan Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) Menjadi Biofuel Menggunakan Katalis H-Zeolit dengan Variasi Temperatur Reaksi dan Nisbah berat H-Zeolit/PFAD(2013-03-22) Wiguna, Jayan Adhi; Akbar Fajril; Zahrina IdaCracking palm fatty acid distillate (PFAD) to produce biofuel has been done through the process of catalytic cracking using H-Zeolite catalysts. The reaction was carried out at 340, 360, 3800C and H-Zeolit/PFAD weight ratio 1/100, 1/75 and 1/50. The results of cracking PFAD obtained by physical characteristics of the product approaching specification diesel fuel the density 0834 g / ml, viscosity 1.67 cSt, flash point 3200C and calorific value of 40.39 MJ / kg. PFAD cracking results obtained product with the highest yield of 30% at temperature of 3800C with a weight ratio H-Zeolit/PFAD 1/100, products containing alkane fraction 40.75%, consisting of gasoline 5,37%, kerosene 3.97% and diesel 31.41%.
