Abstract The research was conducted to determine the level of Elemantary School Teachers' Professionalism Se-Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, through survey research by distributing questionnaires.Based on the analysis of the survey data, teacher competence S.1 with D.II are significantly different, it is seen from the CHI-square test with a score 𝑋2ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 19,01 ≥ 𝑋2𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 9,21, to see how big a difference then analyzed Rating Scaled thus obtained S.1 teacher with a score of 82.22% with both categories, while teachers D.II got a score of 74.75% with enough categories, mean difference 7.47%. Then the views of the four competencies (1) pedagogical, CHI-square test significant difference with a score of 𝑋2ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 58.32 ≥ 𝑋2𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 9.21, for the analysis of teachers' S.1 Rating Scaled score 82.13% and good category, while teachers D.II got a score of 74.39% with enough categories, mean difference 7.74%. (2) Personal competence, CHI-square test there is no difference as seen from the scores 𝑋2ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔1.62 ≤ 𝑋2𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 9.21. (3) professional competence, CHI-square test there are significant differences as seen from the scores 𝑋2ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 14.02 ≥ 𝑋2𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 9.21, for analysis S.1 Rating Scaled teacher with a score of 80.03% with enough categories, while teachers D.II score of 72.48% with enough categories, mean difference 7.55%. (4) social competence, CHI-square test there was no difference seen from the scores 𝑋2ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 0,16 ≤ 𝑋2𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙l 9,21. Based on the analysis of teachers 'views of the competence levels there is a difference, while the difference in teachers' professional views of the four competencies are 2 different competencies that pedagogical and professional personality and social competence, while there is no difference because it is located on the same scale range.
