Item The Effect Of Cucumber Juice On Blood Pressure For Patients With Hypertension(2015-06-18) Arneliwati; AgrinaThe aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of cucumber juice for blood pressure of the hypertension patient. This was a quasy experiment pre-post without control group research. The samples of this research were 23 hypertension patients who were taken by using purposive sampling technique in Sidomulyo Public Health Centre. Data was taken two times;before cucumber juice was given and after 4 days giving. This research used descriptive analysis and dependent T test. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the demography charactheristic of samples;age, sex, work, ethnic, and education. Dependent T test is used to know the influence of cucumber juice for hypertension patients blood pressure. The result showed that most of the samples were in the end adult age (60,9%), most of the samples were female (69,9%), Minangese was the majority ethnic of the samples (43,5%), most of samples were housewife (60,9%), most of the samples were graduate from senior high school (43,5%), and most of blood pressure of hypertension patient were decrease, it was 20 people (87%). The result of dependent T test showed that there was a decreasing of hypertension patients blood pressure average, the decreasing was 11,6 mmHg with standard deviation 10,02. The result of statistic test showed that there was a significant difference of blood pressure before and after giving the cucumber juice (p value 0,000). Suggestion for hypertension patients is to consume cucumber juice as a natural healing to decrease blood pressureItem Pengaruh Karakteristik Orangtua Dan Lingkungan Rumah Terhadap Perkembangan Balita(2015-08-10) Agrina; Sahar, Junaiti; Haryati, Tutik SriTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik orangtua dan lingkungan rumah terhadap perkembangan balita. Disain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 98 orang di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Pekanbaru. Sampel dipilih secara proporsional cluster sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan univarat, chi square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pendidikan orangtua rendah, pekerjaan bapak mayoritas bekerja formal, sedangkan ibu mayoritas tidak bekerja (ibu rumah tangga), dan pendapatan orangtua mayoritas berada diatas UMP sedangkan perkembangan balita mayoritas tidak sesuai umur. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pekerjaan bapak dan lingkungan fisik terhadap perkembangan balita. Variabel yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan balita adalah lingkungan fisik (p=0,029) dengan Odds Ratio (OR) adalah 3,000. Artinya lingkungan fisik yang mendukung akan mempengaruhi perkembangan balita sesuai umur sebesar 3 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan lingkungan fisik yang tidak mendukung.Item PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF COVID-19 SUFFERERS, FAMILIES, AND CORPSE IN RIAU PROVINCE(FACULTY OF NURSING UNIVERSITAS RIAU, 2020-11-04) Dewi, Ari Pristina; Arneliwati, Arneliwati; AgrinaThis study aims to investigate public perception of covid-19 sufferers, their families, and the corpse of the victims in Riau Province. Method: The study used a descriptive research design. There were 398 research sample aged 17 years old above who were living in Riau. They were recruited using a purposive sampling technique. A questionnaire was used to collect data in which its validity and reliability were initially tested. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis. Result: Most of the respondents–as many as 205 people (51.5%)–were late adolescents; the majority of them was female, accounted for 296 people (74.4%); 49.5% of the respondents were in high school or equivalent (197 people) where 171 of them (43%) was student. The respondents were mostly Muslims (370 people). 50% of the respondents have positive perceptions and the other half have negative view. Most of the respondents had positive perceptions of the families of covid-19 sufferers (58.3%) and the corpse of covid-19 victims (61.8%). Conclusion: The society had a negative perception of covid-19 sufferers, their families, and the corpse of the victims. Thus, the society needs to be educated so that they will have a positive perception of covid-19 sufferers, families, and the corpse by continuing to carry out the covid-19 prevention protocol.
