Children are a young generation which is the successor of nation-building to lead to a better kedepanya, and children are trustworthy as well as the gift of Almighty God, that we keep and it shall be given their rights to fair as possible as human beings, but at the moment many children become victims of abuse of drugs or narcotics, we can not blame everything completely to those who have fallen into a mistake that he did all this, it did not escape the importance of supervision and the role of all such circles, parents and the community, enforcement law (police, prosecutors, judges, and agencies engaged in providing legal protection for children as perpetrators), it is expected that all of the agencies and the parents should have a sense of simapti to the child, and always put in terms of the protection of the law against them and optimize recovery or both medical and social rehabilitation for those who have been positive for the types of Narcotics, from the prioritize criminal sanctions as retaliation for the child's plight.
