    USAHA EKONOMI DESA/KELURAHAN-SIMPAN PINJAM (UED/K-SP) DI KELURAHAN SEDINGINAN KECAMATAN TANAH PUTIH KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR

    Rural development is a regional and sectoral development activities with the participation of the community to foster a sense of awareness and responsibility towards community development in rural regions. In order to improve the economic welfare of the community, local governments provide some funding to the community in order to stimulate the public to participate actively in the implementation of development. The funds in question are named funds of rural enterprises. For the implementation of institutional venture capital established special village called Economic Business Village / Village Savings and loans (UED-SP). This adult-based economic development to community economic empowerment should be oriented to the fulfillment of people's life in the social justice principles of equity. The research was conducted in UED/K-SP Enterprises Economy Village/Village - Village Savings and Loans in Sedinginan White Land District of Rokan Hilir. As for the population in this study was composed of Authority Holder Village Chief/Headman, Chief LP /LPMK, leaders/representatives are chosen through Deliberation Female Village/Villages. Supervisory General/Assistant Village, Community Development Cadre, business UED / K-SP and members of UE /K-SP as much as 183 people while the sample amounted to 26 people due to population terlalubanyak. Data Collection Techniques is by interview and direct observation. Data analysis, this study is the description of the shape analysis using a qualitative approach. Which gave the idea of a particular social phenomenon. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded that the economic empowerment program is Rural Economic Enterprises are utilized by the public so that sebagaiman purpose of the program is to Achieve economic well-being of society. The results Showed that before the UED-SP receiving aid society of economic conditions is Considered quite good (52.94%), after getting loans or grants from the UED-SP economic conditions categorized as very good (58.82%). Then the economic empowerment programs such as UED-SP was utilized by the beneficiaries of the program so that the economic conditions to be improved.
