dc.description.abstract	Pekanbaru is one of the banana’s distribution destination area in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to compare the morphological characteristics of three banana cultivars (Musa paradisiaca) from Pekanbaru Riau Province namely Pisang Kepok, Pisang Raja Nangka and Pisang Bamban. The morphological characters of each cultivar were described in detail. The result showed that three cultivars of banana were distinguisged based on their habits, characteristic of leaf, bunch, flower and fruit.	en_US
