Abstract:
This research aim to analyse and know hospital management performance
level by using approach of method of Balanced Scorecard and also to know which
factor Ii's which require to be attention in the effort improving hospital performance
RSI. Ibnu Sina of Pekanbaru. The aspect from approach of method of Balanced
Scorecard that is monetary aspect, customer, internal business and also study and
growth.
The Research method used verifikatif and descriptive, while population in
this research is all medical employee and non medical employee and also patient of
hospital Ibnu Sina of Pekanbaru. By using method of Stratified Random Sampling in
getting sampel for medical employee and non medical amount to 50 responder, while
sampel for patient (take care of street and take care of to lodge) amounting to 50
people. While used data collecting technique that is field study and book covering
observation, and interview of quesioner. To determine the level of measurement of
hospital performance used by analytic descriptive method. While to test its
hypothesis use statistical test.
The result of research indicate that measurement of hospital performance
through approach of Method Balanced Scorecard in general show result of good
