Abstract

International migratios are one of changes leaving people as permanent or semipermanent. Any imigrant that comes to one state by legall document and imigrant ilegall or undocumented people. Imigrant that comes to one states that have no document thats are smuggling people. Indonesia are one of transit states for imigrant illegal from east centre that have purpose to get the Asutralians territory are Chrismast Island. The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze The agreement between Government of Indonesia and International Organization for Migration to anticipation of ilegal migran that transits to Indonesia. The theories applied in this research are security concepts and transnational organized crime.
