Abstract:
This research is conducted in Mall SKA Pekanbaru at month of July 2012. As
for target of this research is to know factors causing the happening of
improvement of request to product of KFC Mall SKA Pekanbaru. Result of
this research expected can be useful to assist company in developing effort
and as input in making of existing policy.
Data used by secondary and primary data with method. Analyse data is
descriptive qualitative. In this research becoming population all consumer
buying Kentucky Fried Chiken ( KFC) Mall SKA Pekanbaru in the year 2011
amounting to 187.500. Intake sampel used by convenience sampling where
amount sampel taken as much 100 respondent.
From result of research known that the factor influencing improvement of
request of product of KFC Mall SKA pekanbaru price of KFC itself, earnings
of society, service and facility. Become can be told so that the KFC more
major factors mentioned in conducting effort, at one blow to fulfill the
consumer request.
