dc.description.abstract	This article discusses a new iterative method obtained by composing Newton method and Householder method. Analytically it is showed that the method has six order convergence and its efficiency index is 1.430. Computational results support the analytic result. Furthermore, computational results show that the proposed method can be used as an alternative method to solve nonlinear equations.	en_US
