ANALISIS KINERJA TENAGA MEDIS TERHADAP PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI PUSKESMAS RUMBIO JAYA KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Abstract

This studi was aimed to investigate the performance of medical personel at public health center (Puskesmas) in serving the customer who has following family planning program (KB). Family planning program is intended to help couples or individual family planning in achieving the goal of reproduction in a responsible manner in order to build a small happy prosperous family. The sample in this study were all employees of the Public Health Center (Puskesmas) Rumbio Jaya and people who used this health service facility for about 77 respondent. The data was taken by using questionnaire, interview guide, and observation. The result findings showed that the effectiveness of public services in health centers of Rumbio Jaya Kampar as presented as good in criteria. The most influencing cases in the implementation of the family planning program in the Rumbio District are communication and resources, while the terms of the disposition / attitude of the implementers and bureaucratic structures was categorized as not run well. Besides, there were other factors that affect the implementation of family planning programs, such as the lack of traditional leaders’ and religious leaders’ participation and support in the Rumbio District
