Abstract:
This paper investigates a thin film Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) with compositions of Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3 by using sol-gel method and it has been annealed at a temperature of 600oC and 650oC in order to get a crystalline structure of BST. BST thin film of the compositions was characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FESEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. The FESEM showed the thickness of the sample at temperature of 600oC and 650oC were 178.8 nm and 185 nm, respectively. The results of impedance spectroscopy measure were a real impedance (Z’) and imaginer impedance (Z”). The impedance spectroscopy analysis resulted real impedance and imaginer impedance that showed the area between the interface of sample. The greater frequency, the smaller complex capacitance and dielectric constant and vice versa. The greater annealing temperature, the greater complex capacitance and the dielectric constant. The result of complex capacitance and dielectric constant at a temperature of 650oC were 7.01x10-4 F and 1.57x10-3.
