| dc.description.abstract | Tabemaemontana spaerocharpa (apocynaceae family) is herbal plants found in Logas Tanah Darat at Kuansing Riau province. The plant is popularly known as "mentimun gagak" in Kuansing. The traditional medicine had reported this plant uses anti malaria. Fitochemistry test found terpenoid, alkaloid, and fenolik compounds. By Brine Shrime Lethality Test (BSLT), the hexan exstract, F] to F n fractions and pure compound (TsH) of this Tabemaemontana spaerocharpa were testes. The results showed that the hexan exstract, F3, F4, F5, Fe, Fio and TsH from Tabemaemontana spaerocharpa was toxic to Artemia. The LC50 from the hexan extract, F3, F4, F5, Fg, Fio and TsH was 233.8837 ppm, 63.0957 ppm, 50.8159 ppm, 216.7704 ppm, 39.4457 ppm, 42.4619 ppm and 23.7684 ppm. | en_US |
