dc.description.abstract	Rice price poligy is one of the important instruments in order to create national security. The aims of the research are to analyze the impact of factors on production of rice plant, the change of domestic rice price and consumption of rice. The secondary data is analyzed in quantitative way using econometrics model. Factor that influence the paddy production of rice plant are paddy harvest area, price of urea- based fertilizer, rainfall and last year paddy production of rice plant. Fakctor taht influence the domestic rice price are exchange value, basic rice price, price of unhulled paddy, worl rice price and paddy total production. Factor that influence the rice consumption are numbers of population, domestic rice price and domestic com price. Low rice policy is not suggested because in fact can't push industrial sector to compote in the worl market.	en_US
