dc.description.abstract	Pseudomonas fluorescent is microbe colonization plant root having potential agent bio control for plant disease special soil bom pathogen. One them is Ralstonia solanacearum which is bacterium to damage plant banana in the Indonesia. This research was conducted in Faculty of agriculture Plant Disease Laboratory, Riau University during 4 month of in starting November 2007 until February 2008, direction to gets isolate Pseudomonas fluorescent local of Riau and indicated of the antagonist to bacterium Ralstonia solanacearum in vitro. Isolate Pseudomonas fluorescent acquire from 4 village in sub-district of Kampar that is village Binuang, Pasir Sialang, Komantan and Muara Uwai. This research analysis statistic descriptive in the form of tables and picture. At observation which has been done to 4 village to have characterization of the same morphology and to indicated green pigment of used ultraviolet. The result antagonist assay indicated that performance of highest antagonist in pursuing R. solanacearum that is village Binuang.	en_US
