This paper discusses a normalization of a number plate of vehicle with deskew mechanism. The
fundamental problem of this mechanism is to determine an angle, under which the plate is skewed.
Then the plate was evaluated for normalized (deskew) with a transformation. Matlab is used to
implement and simulate this mechanism
