PROSES MASUK SUKU PADA MASYARAKAT PENDATANG DI DESA NGASO KECAMATAN UJUNGBATU KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstract

Ngaso community has a tradition of taking Mamak or better known by the tribe in which the immigrant communities. Migrant communities took tribe tribe or log in with the requirements determined by ninik Mamak, and through the traditional process of immigrant communities can become part of the local community or become part of the tribe. The purpose of this study is in response to the wish expressed from a study. So the researchers tried to propose some implementation goal of this study is, to know why immigrant communities interested in taking tribal tribe village or log Ngaso Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu District, To see how the entry process or the ethnic tribes in the village take Ngaso Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu district. In this study there are two sources of information required by the study are: Key Informants, Respondents The factors driving the newcomers want to get in parts Wanted Looking for New Family (Host Families / Parents Lift), Desire To Live societal, Establishing Want Marriage, Wants To Get Protection, Desire to Obtain recognition from the local community, So Do not feel strange. Process incoming tribes also have a positive impact for the people in the village Ngaso, both for local people and for immigrant communities, because with the entry process tribal differences that exist within the community is not very clear because of the newcomers trying to adjust to the local environment so that people with local immigrant communities can avoid conflict Because the differences that exist within the tribe or ethnicity. It also will keep the stability of the local community in order to remain switched on side by side and get along without a problem breaking them in public life.
