Analisis Tingkat Kemiskinan Masyarakat Kelurahan Sail Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Poverty is the condition of life of deprivation experienced by a person or household that cannot meet minimum requirements or appropriate for the life of poverty is expected. There is poverty can the government makes policies or programs and targets appropriate and beneficial to the welfare of the people especially the poor. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of income inequality sail and the village community to determine the level of urban poverty sail Tenayan highway district. The research sample was taken according to village livelihoods sail Tenayan highway district as many as 100 people. The method used is descriptive Quantitative. Data of questionnaires and then processed to become a description of a problem, and perform quantitative measurements are then compared with existing theories drawn further conclusions. It can be seen that the level of urban income inequality shows incomes sail uneven or severe inequality (Gini Ratio 0.82383) means income received uneven sail the village income distribution. On the depth and severity of poverty are seen sail urban population of job or livelihood than 23 people or 23% of respondents are still below the poverty line and the depth of poverty prevalent in all types of jobs. And the percentage of poor residents who are Sail district that is equal to 3.7% of the total population.
