The History Of Pt Pertamina Business Unit Ep Lirik And Its Role In The Education Sub Lirik, Inhu District Years 2007-2012

Abstract

This study is based on research on the PT PERTAMINA Business Unit EP Lirik that is not solely for the benefit of the oil business that just take a natural resources in the earth Indonesia, but also the company give a positive contributioan to community around the company, especially in the field of education. The goal of this research is to know the history of PT PERTAMINA Business Unit EP Lirik and its role in the education sub Lirik, Indragiri Hulu district years 2007 to 2012. This research is a qualitative description research with 21 schools population which get support from company in Lirik county. Collecting data was done by giving questionaire and interviewing. The questionaire was given to the school that get support in Lirik county. And HRD-staff of company would be the object of interview. For achieving this research, Data analysis was done by descriptive counting. After analyzing data, from 14 appropriate question with the role of company in education in Lirik county, the researcher get the result fot its goal. 66,0% respondent chose answer A, 26,0 % respondent chose answer B, 7,5% respondent chose asnwer C and aban D 0,5% chose answer D. Seeing the persecntage, the researcher conclude that the company role in education in Lirik county is good and it showed that company has been run its obligation based on regulation.
