dc.description	Sistem proporsional daftar calon terbuka dipilih melalui suara terbanyak dan tidak lagi melalui nomor urut atau mengikuti angka BPP sebagai mana yang terdapat dalam pasal 215 dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2012 tentang pemilu anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD yang menyatakan bahwa calon terpilih dengan suara terbanyak. Sehingga pada undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 2012 tentang pemilu anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD ini para peserta pemilu tidak perlu lagi berlomba-lomba untuk menduduki nomor urut pertama atau berlomba-lomba untuk mencapai anggka BPP.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The general election is an important mechanism in a country, especially those using this type of political system of Liberal Democracy. Election distributing representative interests of society differ in the form of representation of those parties in parliament. Generally, there are four clumps of electoral systems: plurality-majority, proportional representative, a mix between the pluralitymajority and proportional.	en_US
