Abstract:
Adolescence is a transition period, where there is also a change in him both
physically, psychologically, and socially (Hurlock, 1993). In the transition period is likely
to lead to a crisis, which is characterized by the emergence of deviant behavior trends. In
certain circumstances such deviant behavior would be disruptive behavior. Things that
background among other deviant behavior, deviant behavior of the element of
unintentional and intentional, such as lack of understanding the behavior of the existing
rules. Willful misconduct is not because the perpetrators did not mengathui rules.
Juvenile delinquency and drug use drinking, if it does not have the money they will
commit new crimes to steal, pilfer and memalak others to get money to buy drugs and
drinking. Crimes committed by juveniles in the absence of attention from parents and the

environment in which the children grow and develop. Teens should be able to get as
