dc.description.abstract Authors raised the title " The Public of Perceptions About Leadership Head in moving the Village chief Public Participation in Development Process In Keranji Village River ", the formulation of the problem in this study is"How is the public perceptions of leadership in moving the village chief public participation in the development process in the Keranji village river".The purpose of this research is the following "to find out how people's perceptions of village leadership in moving the community participation in the development process in the Keranji Village River", while, the authors formulate hypotheses as the following: "The public perception of leadership in moving the village chief public participation in process of development in the village of River Keranji is not good". This study was conducted in February of 2013 until May 2013, while, the populations and samples in this study were all members of the community Keranji river life the amount of 2,450 souls. While, the sampling technique in this study Suharsimi Arikunto by her opinion, if a small population of 100 so all the population sampled, where as, if a large population of 100 can be taken between 10% -15% or 20% -25% or more. So that, the sample in this study was 10% of the total population of 2450 souls, and make the sample of 245souls.In managing the data from the questionnaire that has been distributed to the respondent used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the search result that the authors get good field through interviews and observation questionaires received then hypotheses proposed in this study is acceptable is that the negative public perception of leadership in moving the village chief public participation in the development process in the village of River Keranji is not good. Based on, the percentage of responses 50.01% -100% =Good,0%-50.01% =Not Good. Can be seen that the average percentage of respondents were above the benchmark. Sothat, the public perception of leadership in moving the village chief public participation in the development process in the village of River Keranji is already well. en_US
