The Validity And Reliability Trial Of Students Emotional Stability Scale In SMA 1 North Kampar Utara Education Year 2012/2013

Abstract

The little of this scription was The Validity and Reliability Trial of Students Emotional Stability Scale in SMA N 1 North Kampar Education Year 2012/2013. This research was function to know how about the validity and reliability degree of student emotional stability and it was useful for the next researcher to makes it as a reference and evaluation, and it can increase knowledge about validity and reliability trial. The assumption that used was the student emotional stability is different. The population and sample in this research are students X and XI, they are a mount 229 students. The method in this research was analitycal descriptive. To definite the valid and not valid item with value equalation probability [Sig.(one-tailed)] with 95% level belief or 5% level significant (p=0,05, if value p [Sig.(one-tailed)] ≤ level significant 0,05, so the item is valid. From 50 items emotional stability scale was maked by writer got 46 valid items about between 0,183-0,735 and 4 not valid items with number 19, 28, 29, 33 and reliability trial of students emotional stability scale used SPSS 18.0 for windows program, that classificate very reliable with 0,907 alpha cronbach
